Cons are some missing features you might find in the larger, more established (and expensive) CMMS software such as predictive maintenance, customizable graphical dashboards, comprehensive energy management, facilities management, and capital planning.

The user friendly interface allows me basically can get anything I need if I need to run any report. The software is Web-based, which means you can access from anywhere as long as you have internet. If your organization has large number of users, Maxpanda is for you because it allows unlimited number of users for a flat fee. You don't need to pay by the user or per certain number of users Maxpanda CMMS is worth its price. Besides the fact that it has quality features, it is low-cost and affordable.

Email notifications and reminders of open tickets

Cons

You cannot measure support time from a time of opening and closing of a ticket as that is not real life. Real life support is executed without a ticket.

Maxpanda utilizes it's own SMPT servers off Amazon. For example replying to a work order through the email will update comments and/or notes. That's pretty cool. Our app is designed to ellimiate the use of multi software systems, hopefully you understand. But hey! Guess what! No huge data base to house and manage.

Cons

Although I can see the useful aspects of the modules, the inventory and parts management portions are not as user friendly for me and do not get used as they should.

Pros

The only thing I like, is the fact that it is web based and can be accessed anywhere you have an internet connection.

Cons

Every time you save an entry it takes you back to the main list and out of the work order you were working on.

Hi Andrea, please use the REJECT or CANCEL status for duplicate work orders or mistakenly submitted work orders. As well you can set your staff to Submitter Unlimited which will give them access to view all work orders within a given building/site. This way if they notice someone else put in a similar work order, they won't have to.

Easy of moving through the modules and reporting. All users feel comfortable using software everyday and it has improved machine up time by having consistent follow up.

Pros

the mobile capability for the staff members, and the ability to change the work order status. the items that are customizable are great and that submitter gets notified of any changes automatically is great.

Cons

for me the system is not very intuitive to use, and although some aspects are customizable it would be nice to customize other aspects of the system.

Good maintenance management software

Overall a great tool for managing projects and recurring maintenance. We use it across multiple sites to good effect.

Pros

Of all the maintenance management software we looked at, this software was among the most easy to use with a very friendly user interface.

Cons

Initially when we set up our site we had bought metal asset tags for longevity. Unfortunately we were unable to enter those in to be read by the system and we had to print our own QR tags out of the system which meant they weren’t as hard wearing.
