Pros

We are self hosted so we need more help then most of Cority's other customers but their customer support has been amazing and top quality.
Great company to work with, good customer service. Always impressed with the forward thinking and continued improvement and advancements.
I love that it’s ever evolving to the user needs. This helps us stay on top of the safety culture.

Pros

I love the user accessibility and ease of use of the systems. We use multiple systems so I also love the integration between them.
Highly recommend and from the background I have come from in 15 years in manufacturing and transport, can confidently say this is the best I have experienced.
What impresses me most about this software is the simplicity and accessibility of all aspects associated with this software.

Cons

Rather poor visuals, hard to understand report writer. Some features are poorly organized - in the inspections module you have to scroll through dozens of inspections to find the one you need.
QMS, Maintenance, Training, ECRs, Complaints, and more - all in one place.
Its robustness leads to complexity; hard to learn administration of the tool.

Cons

There is no communication on standard system updates/release notes, and at times we have seen things that were working have stopped working (users complained).
There is a lot to look at on the one screen can get confusing.
Poor user interface-not intuitive at all. Our staff had to write large user manuals to explain the arcane steps required for simple operations.
