We're not very long in production yet. It's challenging working with a company that is growing and changing alongside implementation; it feels like while you are heading in the right direction, the ground is always shifting under our feet
its potential... once people configure it correctly and use it consistently
its robustness leads to complexity; hard to learn administration of the tool

Use of the IQS system to control my calibration system has proven to be very effective. The efficiency in which I can designate given task due dates with the instruction for what is needed is a key area of use for my organization.

I am a new user to Cority and I am working for formal education. However, it looks like there are resources under the user community that are available such as videos and webinars.
Cority covers the basics for what we use at our company.
We need to implement my Cority and have a better understanding of reporting. It seems difficult to use.

IQS is a very user-friendly program that has helped our company organize all of our quality control needs. Our initial training went beyond learning the software, to helping us think through business decisions in order to maximize our use of the software. When we upgraded our SQL Server Tech Support made the move quick and easy. This software has replaced the use of numerous spreadsheets and forms freeing up much-needed space. We have customized reports and screens with no problems. Customer Service is very prompt and easy to work with - I definitely recommend IQS!

Initial go live found several issues not doing what we thought it should and should have been configured up front. Fixed rapidly during coricon (for the most part).
Dashboards and capabilities. Relative ease of use with navigations. Options for design and layout.

so far so good, no major issues encountered yet
it's generally user-friendly and easy to navigate
The view is not that easy to re-arrange. A "drag" and drop function could be appreciated in re-arranging view instead of creating a new one. Also, can't search using wild characters (e.g. using * to capture all possible results)

The implementation and general service support has been outstanding!
Would like to see a little more emphasis in efficiency of use for power users. Although, the new version may have addressed this.

This product has all the modules that our company needs. We are excited about getting our IT team and them together so we analyze if IT will be happy with our choice. Being able to have all documentation needed for ISO in one place will assist us so much.
Can't think of any at this time. It will be a great tool for document control, auditing, corrective actions, no more spreadsheet for every little thing.

I enjoyed working with the people at IQS - they were very helpful and prompt responders. The Software itself has great features - but could use a significant UX treatment. It's an expensive process ( minimum $80,000) but would really benefit the user and set IQS apart in the market.

Software is not user friendly and freezes up often The reports are often confusing and missing data because we are not sure what needs input where the training classes have not been real helpful as they are more general and not specific to our needs

Still in the learning process.
This software helped us to bring all our data to the same place and so when we had to create reports that connects various pieces of data thorough out our huge organization it was very helpful.
The reporting section of this software had so many fields that were not relevant to us and so it was very difficult to find the fields that we needed as the field names were similar.
