I love that I can see the schedule on my phone when I am away from the office. I also like the fact that I can see any notes that the technician has logged and know what needs to be done before I return to the office.
I don't like creating invoices through the program; I don't think it's there yet with working with QuickBooks Pro. I am just not comfortable letting go of invoice and estimates through QuickBooks just yet.

The Customer Service agents are amazing. They go out of their way to help you especially .
A little on the pricey side and takes a little getting used to but after you play with it a little you should be a pro and the customer service agents are there to help with any problem you might have.

Can anyone call me back or help one of your long time customers?
I am a pro with M Helpdesk and I was liking it until I have a transaction that I need help with. No one will call me back or answer the phone. Ridiculously bad customer service. They give you the run around with there stupid British answering machine. I now realize they don't want to help us.
The customer service. The app. is not very good either. It only works about half the time and it won't always attach the estimate or invoice. If you need help good luck getting a hold of help desk. Why do they call it that if they don't help there customers.

Mobile friendly and ease of use. Customer service is great too! Another Pro is that as we type in the address, it is linked with Google and it will give you the full address with correct spelling, with city and zip. It cuts our time down in entering addresses; along with ensuring the address is correct for our technicians. No more misspelled addresses!
Some times the click down feature gets stuck when operating from my iPhone and it won't allow me to select things. So I have to click save and do it again and then it works. I think it is a bug with the new iPhone; hoping they will fix it soon.

I highly and with full confidence recommend any service, repair, trade, or growing company have a serious look at what mHelpdesk and there top notch team has to offer.
- Ready to go right from the start - Customer support sets the bar for quality and individual needs. They go above and beyond to give personal assistance and not a robotic phone system or outsourced tech help. - System was carefully developed during each step to give the novice a helping had or any pro in depth expandability - CONSTANT development and growth from mHelpdesk without ridiculous.
None that I can think of. Overall any issue we have ever had since the start was quickly resolved via phone call, forum or E-mail.

The MHelpdesk Mobile App and Home Pro applications work very well together. The calendar sync function with Google is especially helpful. The personal support that we received from Austin Oniell at MHelpdesk was outstanding. He followed up several times with us personally to make sure we fully knew how to use all the functionality of the app. And he continues to be a great resource when we need him.
The power of building a quote and to invoice and collect payments.
