Pros

The customer service is top notch. Everyone is very kind and respectful and more importantly are very good at providing feedback.
Easy to use, convenient and manageable. It helps a lot in scheduling, worth of investing to a good partner in your business.
Although we don't use a lot of what mHelp is capable of, we find the software very easy to use while writing estimates out in the field. This is a great program, with great people behind it.

Pros

The staff at P3 are awesome to work with. They are very responsive and have helped us implement the software in a very quick time.

Picture Perfect Pricing has been an AWESOME TOOL for my HVAC business.

Cons

Our small business has suffered greatly in efficiency and the capacity to make money due to this system. I would say we have lost at least 15-20% in sales in 2018 and that's being conservative.
Over the past year many changes have been made to this program that, for our business, have made the program worse. The added features which make it harder to operate also make it more sluggish.
The weaknesses we struggled through for the first 2 years really left it on the back burner as far as fully implementing and incorporating it further into our customer contact operations.

Cons

If you are in the middle of your input and you have to leave that page you either complete all the boxes or you loose what you have in put.
The navigation is missing, will hep to have the techs info how to get into the customer with just a click from the appointment details. No compatible with Quickbooks online.
Brain, Keith and Carol are there whenever our service tech's or any one in the office is having a problem.
