The customer service provided by this company is outstanding! They seem to all take personal responsibility for their clients like they own the company! The only issue we had was the recurring jobs capabilities and 99% of our jobs are recurring. Really hated that the system would not work for our cleaning company!

When it works its great.
Not user friendly. I dont like about your company. I was unhappy with the service and said I was going to cancel service (via customer service chat room afyer hrs.). You guys then set the ball rolling to can el service even though I emailed you saying I was NOT canceling. Just found out it was canceled. Well, great time for me to try your competitors.

This is very easy to use software, but it's also powerful. We did a lot of research, and we found Mhelpdesk to be the best for the following reasons: it has a great web-based interface, great Google calendar integration, and easy and intuitive dispatch scheduling. Customer Service team is always very helpful and quick to respond. Nothing makes a product, software, or service better than Great Customer Service!
Meets all our needs and is fairly easy to configure, customize, and use.
There are multiple ways to create an estimate or work order and the various paths sometimes work differently. Would like more consistency.

MHelpdesk is easy to use and helps keep everything organized. Also, if you ever need help with how to use it, customer service is very fast and efficient.
There is no offline version for the mobile application. We service some customers who live where there isn't any cell service or internet service. Thus, we cannot use the mobile application for our business at this time. If we could use the application, it would help our business to be more sufficient.

MHD keeps it's word: Open API capability and multi warehouse functionality were required when we switched to MHD. The MHD sales team advised that other customers had requested the same and that these were in development. They kept their word.
This is a fantastic product which provides all the functionality we require to provide service to our global corporate clients.
Absolutely nothing! The software is reliable and the customer service is outstanding.

We have a cabling company and found mHelpdesk to be buggy and although easy to use and configure, not near enough configuration to get it to a satisfactory stage for us to use. When the customer service side was confronted with 2 issues they could not resolve, the just stopped communicating and trying. Think twice before using. You will trade "easy" for "really cannot be used in a business environment."
Easy to set up and start to "try" to use.
Far to simplistic for a business that handles a variety of service customers from wholesale to retail. Also, the customer service side seems less than competent. When the going got tough, they quit.

The support system is very good. It is a good field service application. The web tool is good and placing service calls is easy as well
The mobile application needs alot of work. GPS tracking of contractors will help greatly. THere is a huge difference in the web and mobile tool. The web tool does not have options to pull up reports. The reporting section of the web tool needs a lot of stream lining. Pulling a report with different parameters is cumbersome. Pulling a report with the details of every invoice is impossible. Need to add more parameters to the reports. Need to move away from per user cost. Have different options for customers.

Just started using this service. I chose this program because the customer service is outstanding and everything in the software is entirely customizable for my business.
It is quite pricey. Even though the only feature I want is to be able to send automated emails to workers, they require each person receiving automated emails to be a user. Considering they won't use the program at all and all I want is for them to receive emails, upping the price by over 300 a month for that one feature is far too steep. They should either include emailing as apart of the regular subscription or lower their price for unlimited users.

Any questions I had, I was able to chat directly with customer service operatives who were quick and efficient in getting back to me & completely helping me with all my concerns or questions!
The customer service is excellent & would highly recommend!
It can be a little confusing at times, but ;earning the software obviously takes time.

It is a very manageable and organized software. I have used 2 others and they are not nearly as good. You can do so much with the software to keep track and organize people, work orders, invoices, all in one place. There have been a few issues on the software side but they have been resolved by customer support when possible.
Very well organized. Customer service is friendly and helpful.
Sometimes the software kicks you out of a work order and will not save correctly.

The service team is responsive and adaptive to our needs.
It could use a CRM. We wish the software had a CRM function to manage the sales cycle. Also, the software is built for more of a transactional service business rather than an ongoing, full-time service.

MHelpdesk is a useful tool to seamlessly integrate service and invoicing.
The software has a few quirks when using the iPhone/iPad app where if you type too quickly, it will mistranslate letters. Other than that. it's pretty rock solid.

Pretty good. I feel the price is somewhat high. Especially once you start adding employees.
Excellent customer service. It's also cool that I can customize my charges.
Software has glitches from time to time. Info doesn't always load into separate pages. Payment for credit card sometimes doesn't load so I have to back out and reenter get paid tab. Etc.

Horrible!!! Demanded our money back!!!
None, Beware this is company has horrible customer service and no customization!!!!
We were sold, that this could provided what we need. We bought & paid them to customize the program. After 3 weeks, of paying for the product & extra for customization, there was still nothing being done. We where being offered training & being told by the customization people that what we wanted it to do it could not!!!!! After complaining to the head of the customization department & no customization being done we demanded or money back!!! This is a horrible company!!! You have been warned! Be ware!!!

HORRIBLE
You can punch in and out for service. You can also enter materials.
This company has the worst customer service; we had used this software for 2 years now and it constantly has issues. They want screenshots, videos, but everytime we send it over, it gets fixed for a day but not for every technician, and then it goes to sh** again. HORRIBLE software, do not recommend it to anybody.

Website service order doesn't load info properly so the system can be used! CUSTOMER "SUPPORT" IS NON-EXISTENT!!
