We've been using Dynamics for over 8 years and are very happy. We have a great local support consultant that customizes to our requirements. So far everything we ask can be done report-wise.
very well built in the sense that it offers almost ulimited flexibility with customization
maybe too much for smaller enterprise.

Microsoft Dynamics is a great CRM for new businesses. It is not as complex as other softwares in the Industry which could be a good or a bad thing. I prefer the simplicity. Often times when things get too complicated, you don't use half of the complexity. It has all the standard objects you need to account for Prospects and Existing Customers.

Enterprise growth, sales growth, margin growth.
We were so disorganized until this software helped manage our multiple customer supply chains. Being able to maximize our enterprise resources meant greater margins and ultimately greater ROI.
The setup to get all our relationship data onto the software took a lot of time. This data collection was easily the most difficult part and I wish we had someone from Microsoft's side to assist.

Dynamics is a great retail accounting software for a business that starts at a given point and grows,its ability to support multiple currencies, multiple languages with global business management features makes it so easy for the user to drag the progress,transactions,inventories from one level to the other.I recommend the software
every software has its on pros and cons, however Dynamics only needs consistency and accuracy for proper management of your enterprise resources , if not so u might not have fully expected results

Enterprise Technical Support Helpdesk software with tonnes of integrations.
Very comprehensive feature set with unlimited possibilities, plugins, add-ons and integrations. Plenty of freelance developers who can assist with projects. Support is brilliant, cannot fault them at all.
It takes a lot of time, money and effort to get the system working how you want with conversions and data sets etc. Seems to suffer from a few outages every now and then. Training can take a while for staff due to all the features etc. Abit expensive and the built-in storage is poor so you can quickly find you require to buy extra storage for uploading/attaching files etc.

Excellent CRM for the Enterprise already invested in O365, however not really for anyone else.
Integrates well with O365 for Outlook Email, Sharepoint, Teams and 3rd Party Integrations such as PeakPortals for a customer portal since it's a major brand. Quite customisable with work flows and processes and layout to an extend. Support is quite good.
It's full of bugs that constantly change certain things, produces random errors that never get sorted or come and go. Reliability isn't good for uptime compared to other CRMs. Not many features included or possible from Microsoft when compared to other CRMs that offer it as an upgrade e.g. Dynamics relies on 3rd Party products to offer what they don't.

On one hand, support was good but could be better. On the other hand, it is 24/7 (Live Rep). So it is not a minus.

If your enterprise is a hardcore Microsoft shop, then this will fit in your culture very well.
I like how it has an Outlook like interface that many users are already accustomed to; fits right into the platform like a glove for utilizing email.
Limited choice in the ecosystem of enhancements when compared to a SugarCRM or Salesforce, although the native Marketing automation is pretty good

The software is so very easy to learn. Even I did it!
