Pros

I would choose most other CRMs before Dynamics, just for the ease of use. Salespeople do not like to complete 10+ steps just to save an action, they want to be selling.
This allows you great CRM features that helps you in making your customer relationships better. Leads to make loyal customers and ultimately their contentment which leads too profit and progress.
The best thing about this software is that it has varied, multiple uses and it serves as one of the best softwares in ERP and CRM. The interface is pretty sorted and it is user-friendly.

Pros

It was a great learning for us that comparison of the software before purchasing is an important aspect.
I like that Sage CRM is fairly easy to use and comes at a good price. There is a lot of competitor though with similar solutions.
SAGE CRM has been great for our clients. There are very few CRMs that are affordable for SMEs and can keep the full business function housed under them.

Cons

Some time ago we started using another tool and it should integrate with Dynamics. The problem is that a few years have passed and to date integration does not work very well.
It was premise-based and we did not have software assurance (our bad). In looking at the next iteration, and comparing it to Salesforce, there was NO comparison.
Customer service is rude and terrible I had a complaint and no one help me.

Cons

The more people on it, the worse it gets. Cannot use remotely through a VPN.
There is no "smart" technology with the program. It does not remember what cost code you entered on the line above, very frustrating.
The Sage suite was best-in-class prior to 2010 but has failed to keep up.
