Pros

The planning and financial organization helps the sales rise, helps keep good records of clients in line. Very user friendly if you know your computer well.
Everyone involved was impressed by the organization of the training and effectiveness of it. They offered us the ability to call anytime if we have any issues.
I like this software because it is affordable and and adds a lot of value to my money which is why I love it.

Pros

Users are well supported by the staff who are passionate about their product, something that gives confidence about how it will continue to improve and evolve as it continues to grow.
As operations manager, I have been able to gain a much better understanding of what my customers do, what they like, what they don´t, and better ways to serve them quickly and efficiently.
Our clients were immediately impressed with our white label. We love it when any tool we use instills confidence in our clients to do business with us.

Cons

Customer service has suffered due to the dropped messages, limited user interface and time consuming ticket entry. Users and employees alike avoid the system.
Having trouble with acrobat pdfs and converting them in excel or words documents. Secondly trouble creating email groups and then editing email groups.
Getting error some time so it's take some time to remove the error.

Cons

The e-signature functions look so ugly, are not very customizable, and are limited with source documents. Seems a little behind the curve with integrations to other systems & platforms.
However I understand how difficult this must be with all the features they offer. Also the contract generation process is a little confusing and not flexible enough.
Also the limitation on integration to only Quickbooks accounting software is a bit of a downside as those based in Australia and New Zealand mostly uses Xero as their accounting software.

Pros

Having a background in technology and professional services; my biggest challenge is coordinating all of my client, collaboration, and project information together. Most of the time, my system requires using one software for file sharing, another for billing, and yet another for contact and lead management. SuiteDash has not only been around for a while, the software is intuitive and easy to use; it facilitates client work in a seemless client portal that I brand with my own assets.

Cons

With Zapier as the only way to integrate outside of SuiteDash, it constrains me to import and export information manually. There is no integration to external cloud storage; e.g. Dropbox or OneDrive. I would like to see SuiteDash support webhooks and other API integrations, e.g. Microsoft 365, Pabbly

I've moved 2 companies off Monday.com to SuiteDash already

Pros

I have used them all since the 1980s and SuiteDash is excellent. It is similar to Agiled, but more polished. It is absolutely superior to Hubspot and Dynamics CRM apples-to-apples, and when you factor in the money, it even blows away Salesforce, Netsuite etc. The mobile works (not many CRM mobile apps do!). The ability to offer your client an out-of-the box app-based access to their dashboard etc. is excellent. The client facing web portal experience is top notch. Speaking of which, the UI is beautiful, white label is excellent, and the logo custom loaders is a cool feature. Onboarding and customization is excellent, but a tiny bit more difficult than necessary. Adding calculated field types would be an improvement.
