This is a great product for accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger. it is user friendly and easily manipulated and customized to meet businesses individual and unique needs.

You can open up an Excel file containing a report and refresh it directly from the file without having to go into your CRM application. Dashboards offered by Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online are slightly a cut above the rest.

This is a very small marketplace with not enough user ratings, which limits your ability to easily find third-party solutions to further extend your CRM capabilities

This causes a lot of pain in trying to enter data especially while logging time where if some record has invalid data and you need to select another record, it becomes near impossible.

I am able to get the reports that I need and can create custom queries which I save as a personal views. The export to Excel function is handy and I use it weekly for some internal reports.

As a smaller company that uses many different apps and software to handle our business processes (Google Apps for company email, Campaign Monitor for marketing, etc.), it can be frustrating to not have any integration options available with our CRM tool.

Pros

Powerful data tracking, simple user interface, good customization options, great for tracking complex orders, comes with templates (email, reports, sales documents), email integration available, social media integration available

Cons

Difficult for new users to learn, support documentation and resources are scattered and not always relevant to your issue, customer support is hard to reach and not very helpful, tutorials only cover basic features when there is so much more, no integration with non-Microsoft apps without custom development.
