Overall pretty good. Quick learning curve if you have even the most basic background in programming. You can implement powerful automated tools that could cut down a lot of manual processing for your organization. I was able to build a solution to replace/replicate a CRM tool (that costed us 6 figures to maintain) using power automate to piece together various other MS office applications together...
Power automate has a pretty easy to use graphical user interface to click and drag functions together to build an automated workflow. Can be scaled and implemented quite quickly within your organization. Also connects to a lot of existing microsoft products/ecosystem so it could automate a lot of desktop procedures for any organization that uses microsoft (which is a majority of large scale orgs). I like the pre-built automated templates you can use, and the access to third party templates (some cost additional money) that automate various desktop procedures for you. Also has advanced AI/ML analytics/functional capabilities.
Customer support is okay/pretty trash - it involves searching/posting in their forums and hoping someone has the same issues as you for answers. Essentially I had to figure out how to use most of the functionality myself because of the lack of guides/training available for this compared to other tools. Also get a lot of random unexplained glitches with flows i've already built but haven't touched...

I usually integrate Microsoft Power Automate with Office 365 and Microsoft Power Apps. It saves time and effort, supports team collaboration on the cloud, increases productivity, and helps my team organize day-to-day work. For instance, It distributes customers' email requests received on Outlook to the corresponding department's mailbox, sends attached files to a shared folder on OneDrive, and instantly notifies team members of the up-to-date status of the requests. Microsoft Power Automate keeps our work organized, aligned, informed, and responsive to customers' needs.
Microsoft Power Automate facilitates the workflows all over the company. It has seamless integrations with the commonly used business applications, especially within the Microsoft environment. It's a no-code/low-code solution that allows business users to automate repetitive tasks, organize document flow, manage the data flow, and set up customized notifications to keep everyone informed. Power Automate allows for synchronous and asynchronous dataflow and connects desktop Applications (on-premises) with cloud applications in one productive workflow.
Power Automate works well within the Microsoft ecosystem, but it doesn't integrate well with applications outside. Also, the App documentation/troubleshooting is geared toward IT professionals more than business users.

Microsoft delivered a great solution for business process improvements. Power Automate can connect with hundreds of different applications and the product team constantly adds even more. Secondly, there's so many tutorials and training materials on the Internet offering different levels of knowledge.
In my opinion, Power Automate is the best light-weight, no code/low code application available on the market. One can start building workflows without advanced developer knowledge and show great automation enhancements to the business processes. This middleware not only saves hundreds of hours by improving the processes, but it also enhances the business transformation and user experience.
It's a fact that Power Automate offers a lot of connectors, however the majority of those can be purchased at additional fee.

We use it on a daily basis to integrate with other MS tools. The ease of deployment and low failure rate of created workflows are pretty nice. When it comes to integrate with 3rd party tools, some other tools are more up to the job.
Easy to integrate with native Microsoft tools like the O365 suite, MS Exchange, MS Teams, Sharepoint with low amount of coding involved.
Large RPA tasks are more difficult to process in Power Automate. Especially when it comes to integrations with third party (not Microsoft) products.

Overall, I am quite happy and I no longer lose business hours sending reminders, having unnecessary meetings about workflows or even approving simple tasks. Other than the occasional email about a failed workflow, everything works just as intended. I do believe that Microsoft could improve this feature but until then, it will work just fine and does satisfy my business and departmental needs.
Late last year, my department had a challenge with getting approvals done on time or work flows being submitted to team members,. Notifications and reminders were sent out manually which affected productivity. After some research I came across workflows which later turned to power automate and the following features really stood out to me in a positive way. 1. We did not break the budget - Initially,...
Further to my point about how easy it is to resolve crashes on PA, the biggest con of this software is inadvertently how much it crashes when you have a large number of tasks to multiple people or to external individuals. The second con I found is that it is hard, actually impossible to connect the cloud services available on PA to other non Microsoft cloud services. This is a big disadvantage because as a company, we work with external vendors who use other cloud based systems. This problem is pushing companies to buy extra licenses /software purchases or make alternative plans with vendors. This is sometimes frustrating.

Overall I am quite happy with the ease of use for this software. I would have loved to use power automate to send emails through my Gmail to avoid using mail mergers. This is a money saving option and since most businesses actually use Microsoft Office, bundling it with Power automate saves even more.
The biggest pro of this software is the cost, It will cost about $10 - $15. It is however better to bundle up the power automate license with the Microsoft O365 license to avoid purchasing 2 different licenses. Having MS 365 for business allows you to automate menial/repetitive tasks and takes away the "forgetting" part of the equation when it comes to everyday tasks. This software is very easy to...
The biggest disadvantage is that power automate can only be used within the MS office environment. Would have been great if it could have been usable in the windows environment too. While using this app I also realized that large tasks are hard to automate, tasks that require multiple recipients also fail when it exceeds around 60 users and so I limit mine to about 20 at a time even if it means creating multiple flows.

Overall happy with the software. It has been the first software I used for automation and multi tasking and so far I love it. I am looking forward to more improvements in the future to see what more can be automated.
This software is very easy to use and does not require any coding background. The code used is low level and very easy to understand. The software is easy to deploy in the company from the first day and benefits are seen almost immediately. Power automate cuts out a lot of manual effort. The best feature of this software is it's the fact that it integrates smoothly with the rest of Microsoft O365 environment. You can have data capture from Excel, forms and even outlook. Power Automate sends reminders for pending workflows, this has made it easy for key tasks to be completed on time consistently.
The main problem experienced so far is how fast a loop can time out when you have long flow chart. Sometimes the software will crash and you will get an alert about the failed loop, this happens even after successful trial runs before publishing the flow. I have to mention that this is not a major problem as it occurs infrequently, most of the time PA just works great.

A great automation tool that can do great automation job which can save a lot of time and avoid repetitive activities. The flows also integrates with other microsoft programs. Amazing tool
It helps to automate routine activities while saving time and cost. The flows work with external software and applications as well. Easy templates that can be used with user friendly interface. The flow wizard is amazing for those who are unfamiliar. It helps in connecting to data sources from other products other than Microsoft.
The third party addon connectivity is bit hard and little complex. The connections tend to break and we have to create the whole flow once again. Better History log can be provided. The flow can be made little less complex for the users who are new and unexperienced.

Overall, I enjoy using Power Automate and I appreciate having this software as a tool to help drive efficiency. Would definitely recommend!
What I like most about Power Automate is that it enables users to automate repetitive processes, thereby driving efficiency within the organization, without needing much technical experience/knowledge in terms of coding. It has a very friendly and easy to use user interface, and it is also able to source data from different sources, making the set-up very easy and seamless.
I really cannot think of any cons about the software as Power Automate has been very helpful to me and to my whole organization. However, perhaps one thing to improve could be customer support in that servicing team can be more proactive in helping clients and providing value-adds.

If you're needing an option to start off with for integrations and don't have access to others, this is great and takes care of most essential services.
MPA is a great starting point if your organization is already on MS365 as it's included with most tiers.
Inconsistent with API connections and tiers, making it difficult to be a one-stop-shop for integrations.

Miserable, after spending hours trying to automate un-attended web browser automation, I ended up writing my own using an open source solution (Selinium and N-Unit).
The desktop version is ok for basic automation that does not require unattended execution.
Licensing was a do-loop of utter frustration. I could not download Power Automate. There are multiple versions of Power Automate that are not compatible with each other. There was no way that I could see to port the Desktop version to the Pro version. It is not readily clear what all the differences between these versions are. You have to pay for a 3rd party API to automate a web browser. I don't mind paying for that, but it was not clear when I bought Power Automate.

The approval feature and the automation of repetitive tasks is the value of this software. As well as the ease of use.
