Found an issue where I was paying the $15/month for an active account yet it wouldn't let me log in. Kept asking me to activate my account... I emailed all the contact emails I could find (four of them), left a couple voicemails, left a facebook message, and tried to contact them via their twitter account (which is now owed by a different company???). I'm not sure anyone is actually working there and think the system is on autopilot. I looked for alternatives and settled on one slightly more expensive but with a freemium level I am currently able to use. LOVE Motiv's interface, so if it works for you then great, use it. BUT if you have a problem then God help you.
This company might be a one person shop in India somewhere as no one has EVER answered my calls or emails for 3 MONTHS!!! Literally every time you make an attempt this company does not have one person to answer any questions. Don't get me wrong they make a great product but simple customer service request cannot be done in a timely fashion whatsoever.
