Made managing a stream of visitors much more manageable, and helped us direct visitors more effectively. As a result were able to track all of the KPI's from the purpose of your visit, when they arrive and and the total duration

Deployment could be a bit smoother. But it got handled by Vendor quite professionally

One notable drawback is the limited options available for building forms/questionnaires. We have found that the current options provided by the product could be more robust and flexible, making it easier to create tailored questionnaires to gather specific visitor information.Additionally, we have identified some limitations in the interface of the product. While it is functional and user-friendly, an upgrade to the interface would greatly enhance the overall user experience. MyLobby made my Day

We initially got this product for COVID screening and temp scanning but we have been able to move away from that and make this a self check-in system to help speed up the clients experience and cut down wait time.

Pros

Ease of use and ability to make it fit our needs for check in process. They were able to listen to what we wanted and custom make a website that tied into the check in system. That is what is display on the TV's in our lobby so clients can see where their place in line is and status.

Cons

No real complaint but automatic reports sometime is hard to clear out.

The overall result was pleasing specially when it comes to reducing the headache and administrative work during conventional sign in process

Installation was not straight forward (As there is a printer and tablet and it needed some network connection) but MyMedia Team was supporting us closely to have stable installation

Cons

A slightly complex installation process due to networking issues, but excellent guidance from the MyLobby team made it manageable.

Pros

We like the fact that it's very customizable. It also has an emergency messaging capability that can be tailored to multiple different template messages. MyLobby can even segregate which groups of people you want to send your message out to. We utilized this for staff that were trained in First Aid for emergency situations in our offices.

Cons

The back-end setting configuration was a little bit confusing at first. But in overl good experience.

MyLobby has transformed our screening process, reducing labor intensity and allowing us to automatically log data. It provided a vital solution when we needed to automate our manual screening process for both visitors and employees, doing so in a way that was effortless and effective. While there's room for improvement integration fcapabilities, the overall functionality is exceptional.

- Temperature taking capability which was a highly needed feature at the peak of Covid- Access Control over patients coming in

It took a little back and forth during installation for all hardware to work together
