Pros

Their superb on-boarding process was exceptional and they were all very patient with our staff during the transition.
Glad we decided to explore options of what else was out there and provide our staff and franchisees with this great new technology.
I was impressed by the great support I received. I was offered a new project with Toro Taxes too grow and review their infrastructure.

Pros

Overall, the customer experience has been good. They are very responsive with your questions/concerns.
I love how organized everything is in FranConnect. I love how easily I can get training on the software and the support team is very responsive.
FranConnect is a highly secure way to connect multiple offices to one another across a franchise. It gives the ability to share and collaborate on best practices.

Cons

Reports are weak; requires Naranaga personnel to do a lot of things that I should be empowered to do.
We have some franchisees that are technophobic and getting them to use any iOS product for Nsight has been difficult.

Cons

We've only experienced one quarterly upgrade with Sky and it triggered lots of problems when it went live. It does make us a little concerned for the next upgrade happening in a few weeks.
As you can imagine, we got over 800 replies threatening us, demanding explanations, and more. It took us a month to calm everyone down and explain it was an accident.
It's as crappy as Salesforce for a number of reasons.
