Neighborhood Watch for Corporations

App-based workplace hotline system

4.67/5 (3 reviews)

Neighborhood Watch for Corporations overview

Neighborhood Watch for Corporations is an app-based workplace hotline system that uses A.I. to guide users through tailored interviews for a range of compliance and operational risks including safety, security, ethics and fraud. The solution helps small and medium sized companies to reduce time to discovery and captures relevant, actionable details about concerns in order to minimize costs related to insurance, fines, lawsuits and reputation management.

The NWFC system includes a mobile app, desktop app and telephone hotline including anonymous, two-way communication via dashboard or app for complete coverage of employee communication preferences. The proprietary A.I. engine is trained by subject matter experts to mimic an expert interview, which can be delivered via mobile and desktop app, or call agents using the app. NWFC enables a collaborative internal response to workplace concerns, and allows each department to manage access to their own report data and workflow. The multilingual hotline is available as an add-on solution to guide dialog during calls, providing the workforce with an easy, meaningful, and convenient way to share concerns.

I found this product to be very user friendly.

Used occasionally for 1-2 years

Pros
The ability for it to be tailored to our specific needs. The application is also very user friendly and the vendor has excellent training and awareness materials.

Cons
There is nothing I found through the use and exposure to this application that I would describe as a con. When needs to modify the application were identified, the vendor quickly made modifications as requested.

Lake Trust did a pilot with the Squibit mobile platform

Used monthly for less than 6 months
Reviewed 2018-05-02
Review Source: Capterra

Pros
Squibit was really easy to setup and use. There was both a web and mobile version. In our test group, users were able to easily report an issue or concern and the cool part was the dynamic questions that were asked aligned to the issue at hand. Arbor Insight is a very good partner to work with.

Cons
The experience was much different than a traditional "form" for reporting issues, which just means that you have to manage change within the organization aligned to the value that the product provides.

Response from Arbor Insight

To our potential customers and users: We have recently re-branded the app portion of our system from "squibit" to simply "Neighborhood Watch for Corporations."

Benefits

• Neighborhood Watch for Corporations helps reduce exposure to fines, security breaches, increased insurance costs and/or lawsuits using its proprietary machine learning engine to mimic expert interviews.

• The InSight dashboard provides two-way anonymous dialog with app users and a collaborative internal response to workplace concerns. Each department manages access to their own report data and workflow.

• The NWFC platform aims to proactively engage employees in order to mitigate or prevent costly incidents that impact people, facilities, reputation and competitive advantage.

• NWFC helps replace a redundant (and increasingly outdated) mix of paper and web forms, phone hotlines and emails for one or more departments.

• The responsive web app works on all iOS and Android phones, and can be customized with your company logo, selections for multiple facilities, and more.
