Pros

Cost effective, extremely mobile and no host software to install, good for us that are always on the move. Asset management is made very useful, efficient and will adapt to different types of assets.
What we like best about this program is the ease of use. It makes training our maintenance staff and regular staff members who submit work requests very easy.
The software is very user friendly. Their customer support is probably the best I've ever had with software - they are helpful, take support seriously and respond within a reasonable time.

Pros

Staff with excellent customer service attitudes and great product knowledge is so greatly appreciated. Was a 7-year user of SchoolDude software.
This is a great product and at a great price point. Our staff finds it very intuitive and productivity appears to be trending up.
Has been a wonderful experience. We started a few years ago with just one building and have expanded to the remaining 7 buildings.

Cons

The program continues to crash and log users out even after clearing the cache and changing browsers. The program continues to provide unstable service intermittently.
It is difficult to find work orders that I have put in for my location. We have multiple locations in our agency so its difficult to find specific ones.
It will kick you out and not let you into the site for hours. There is no way to split categories for a work order with multiple requests.

Cons

E. layers of maps for utilities, emergency management with fire extinguishers, pull stations etc.
Say for instance, the complaint is about the air-conditioning unit not cooling properly.
Lack of two-way communication, which just got implemented this week.
