Pros

The best part of the software is that you You can download data for any period that you desire. It provides with a very user-friendly dashboard and the ease of accounting is also there.
It's ability to allow the user to customise the report by adding data field(s) which is great as we do not always need to go behind IT Professional asking for help.
The ability to customize just about anything your organization wants is rewarding. And if you are willing to spend, you can have your system fit your business processes like a glove.

Pros

Strong functionality and good training and tutorial resources. That's about it for the positive.
It's easy to add constituents and edit. I loved the customer service... representatives were super easy to contact and worked quickly to resolve even nationwide issues.
What I like most about Blackbaud is its built specifically for capturing and tracking data for non for profit agencies and allows you to see all of your data is a very secure envrionment.

Cons

My advice for those scoping out Netsuite is seriously analyze your business requirements and then advocate the hell for them in the scoping or implementation phases.
Please do your research before you find yourself stuck in a contract with a bunch of misleading employees that won't even respond to your email or try to address your concerns.
I hate the reporting functionality, avoid it if I can. Might be that I don't really understand its uses.

Cons

Their customer service is dreadful and slow. It is impossible to speak with anyone from tech support when problems arise.
Terrible interface, terrible service, difficult to implement, closed ecosystem, expensive.
Its also frustrating that you couldn't edit PDFs once they were downloaded because of Canadian guidelines even though I was based out of the US.

So far so good. We’re happy with the attention and customer service we are receiving.

Pros

In our evaluation of new accounting packages, we reviewed NetSuite, Blackbaud, and Sage. NetSuite gave us the functionality we wanted by far.

Cons

The cost is higher than we’d hoped for as we are s nonprofit, however they do have nonprofit pricing.

It is a web based CRM and has been on the market for ages; hard to fathom how Salesforce managed to take all the thunder away.

Pros

NetSuite CRM is a fully functional web-based CRM with a good many features and functions. The customisation possibilities are incredible and it sports every API you can dream of.

Cons

NetSuite CRM is naturally bloated, as with all feature-rich products. Hence, the learning curve will require some time.

We have been using NetSuite for our ERP/CRM requirements since 2009. We enjoy the flexibility of the product very much. Our implementation went well (which is amazing considering...). The integration of the ERP/CRM experience is unmatched.

Pros

We use this software daily in most of our operations. From sales order entry to receipt of payments it does it all. Regards to warehouse and inventory control, the software is very easy to use.

Cons

We tried to use the CRM features but that feature was too bulky to get anything done.

Great CRM and Ecommerce Tool

Hands down my favorite CRM and Ecommerce tool. Reporting is King!

Pros

It wasn't until I used a different software for CRM, Inventory, and reporting that I missed using NetSuite. It was simple to have different roles and permissions for departments like marketing, finance, operations. The reporting was easy to set-up daily/weekly/monthly reports and have them emailed straight to your inbox. It also made it a breeze to find invoice amounts and analyze the marketing budget spend each month.

Cons

It is hard to get up to speed with NetSuite at first. But once you understand the basic framework, you can navigate around with intermediate understanding and do well.

Easy to use, tons of features.

CRM and sales, sales orders are easy to find, and process.

Pros

Very simple to use. Easy to have many tabs open on the same software at once, so you can look at different customers at the same time. In fact that might be the best part, I can have 14 invoices, 3 customers, and 7 sales orders open in google chrome tabs at the same time, while googling things, and having spreadsheets open. No back and forth within the system,

Cons

Hard to attach multiple files in certain areas. Honestly for most of my daily needs as sales, it works fine. Some of the sections do load slowly.

NetSuite has a the functionality, lacks ease of use

It's a CRM and works but hasn't had the ease of use expected.

Pros

All my customer notes and tasks are easily visible.

Cons

Correcting duplicates should be easy but often isn't. Sometime NetSuite is super slow.

Tons of Features but bulky to use

If it was give to you for free maybe give it a shot. If not find a new CRM

Pros

This software can be a CRM, track sales/jobs and be used as accounting.

Cons

It is bulky, it takes multple clicks to be able to input a comment from a customer. Also it goes down semi regularly

It will get the job done

Overall it gets the job done. It will be useful for complex companies. Once you get used to it, you remember where to navigate, but I had to make a step by step guide in the beginning to know the click path. I've used cleaner designed CRM systems like Sales Force and Microsoft Dynamic 365, but this does get the job done at the end of the day.

Pros

The sky is limitless. For a CRM system you have many tabs and features to use.

Cons

It's not as easy to navigate as some other CRM systems that I have used. It looks a bit older and not as modern as some of the other CRM systems. There is a lot going on and you really have to focus when learning how to operate this CRM system. I don't like the fact that there is not way for the system to automatically pop up reminders for phone calls, emails to be made. You have to leave manual reminders and then go back to close them out yourself. There is no real click to action command to get rid of follow-ups.

NetSuite Interface is a old version of CRMs

Netsuite is a ok CRM, but can cost your organization more than other CRMs to implement.

Pros

Netsuite provides most functionality that all CRMs offer. Interface is average.

Cons

Workflows proved to be very difficult to create and implementation cost were very large.

Great CRM & Inventory Management Software

Pros

This multifunctional software allows for the tracking of both inventory in addition to CRM among other things. Performing inventory searches and creating templated reports are very easy and user friendly.

Cons

The CRM function does not allow one to easily find and combine duplicate customers in the system, hence not being fully accurate.

Jack of All Trades - Master of None !

We have been using Netsuite since 2006, the implementation (by Netsuite) was a shambles and cost several thousands (£) to get put right. Netsuite's CRM is woeful, we had better CRM in 2006 using Goldmine. I think Netsuite is summed up by the additional software / SAAS we use in place of the Netsuite offering: Sugar CRM for CRM Sugar Market for Email Marketing Big Commerce for Website Waer Systems for WMS Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option

Pros

I struggle to think of any Pros, Netsuite is not a very Customer focused company and things have got worse since it was acquired by Oracle

Cons

It's expensive for what you get And when you realise that a lot of what you are paying for is really very poor and that you have to buy additional software/SAAS to make up for it's shortcomings, it is even more expensive The annual renewal with Netsuite is an unpleasant and unnecessary fight every year In June 2020, mid Covid and it's impact on business around the world, Netsuite is trying to increase it's prices by 8% !!! For what ? It still has the same old clunky "out of date" UI, very limited change is made in their annual updates - it remains very dated and Netsuite never address the key lack of functionality. Quite how Netsuite can claim to be a solution is beyond me !

It Did Multiple Things Well

Pros

It has the ability to act as a decent CRM as well as an ERP for a medical device manufacturer that was closely watching drug inventory. Our operations and accounting team found it to be very valuable.

Cons

I was primarily using NetSuite for CRM purposes. It's not as user-friendly compared to SalesForce, but it did the job well enough.

An Excellent Company Hub

Having a centralized database for all my company functions have led to new, better business processes and efficiencies.

Pros

NetSuite Suite Commerce Advanced acts as central hub for my Point of Sale, Ecomm Platform, Inventory, and CRM.

Cons

The rollout was slow and the customizations have taken a long time to come into fruition which can be frustrating.

It does its job, but its not the easiest to use

it does its job as a CRM. It organizes clients and it has good historical for each.

Pros

I really like the layout and the ability that you have to modify this layout to serve your needs. You can accommodate the blocks to whatever you use the most which makes it more efficient.

Cons

Adding images to a case (or ticket) is a pain. You have to add each image individually and there has to be a folder created for that specific image.

Pros

Wide array of features allow for limitless customization. Plug-ins and add-ons are likely required with raises costs.

Cons

As a CRM, it's fairly limited. In comparison to competitive products, the functionality doesn't work well for tracking, email blasts, and creating marketing funnels.

Pros

Great way to create tickets for support and a suitable CRM for our company. Overall it was pretty solid.

Cons

I feel like the layout wasn't as clean or as easy to navigate as something like Salesforce. Never really used it to run reports or anything like that.
