Pros

The best part of the software is that you You can download data for any period that you desire. It provides with a very user-friendly dashboard and the ease of accounting is also there.
It's ability to allow the user to customise the report by adding data field(s) which is great as we do not always need to go behind IT Professional asking for help.
The ability to customize just about anything your organization wants is rewarding. And if you are willing to spend, you can have your system fit your business processes like a glove.

Pros

The reporting piece is what really stands out for our executive leadership. The ability to report (in an easy to understand way) on almost every piece of data entered is amazing.
Fantastic for smaller user base who has a minimally established EHS system. Customer service is very helpful and kind.
The possibility of having it on mobile is excellent when you are in the field. Your customer service is excellent.

Cons

My advice for those scoping out Netsuite is seriously analyze your business requirements and then advocate the hell for them in the scoping or implementation phases.
Please do your research before you find yourself stuck in a contract with a bunch of misleading employees that won't even respond to your email or try to address your concerns.
I hate the reporting functionality, avoid it if I can. Might be that I don't really understand its uses.

Cons

Lack of support, no manuals, online video introductions are long winded and a time waste for a busy manager.
New features can be difficult to bring to market at times.
I work from an off-line tablet and sometimes forgot to upload my tablet. With spotty wifi, sometimes it doesn't want to upload my audit.

Pros

The ability to customize and build reports is very useful. There are several things that come standard but everything can be customized for your specific way of business.

Cons

NetSuite can be very intimidating when first learning the software.

NetSuite Provides the Ability to see Metrics throughout your Company

Working with most staff at NetSuite is easy and they are helpful. I would highly recommend the Advanced Customer Service (ACS) option as an addition to your contract. This provides a set number of hours with a dedicated professional service team that helps move your business forward using NetSuite. Using ACS allows a smaller to mid-size company to operate without a NetSuite developer.

Pros

NetSuite provides crucial insight into nearly every aspect of our business. The ability to combine staff data with resource data and connect it to audited financials is unparalleled. NetSuite provides the reporting abilities that allow decisions with clear data points attached. Having everything in one place, all tied to audited financials, provides key metrics and insights.

Cons

In the end, NetSuite is an accounting system and that sometimes buts up against how users think the system should be set up. However, because everything is tied to financials there is no lingering questions that the data is correct.

NetSuite integrated solution

NetSuite is a great ERP for running your entire company on. The integration between the front office (CRM, quoting, marketing, support management) and backoffice (accounting, project management, inventory) can save a tremendous amount of time by eliminating duplicate entries and providing great insight into your customers. The platform is extremely flexible and uses standard technology like Javascript to customize. Over the years the product has become more complicated as a result of adding in more modules and features, however once implemented and trained the ROI should be realized quickly.

Pros

We're a group of American companies with common ownership, worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and a few hundred employees. We thought this would be the best long-term option for connecting our third-party software needs, and coordinating our multiple companies efficiently. In hind-sight, I think NetSuite is better suited to a multi-national company much larger than us.

Cons

Communication was extremely poor. What is sold vs what is provided is very different. They compartmentalize everything so much, that they bleed you dry for money.
