Pros

Overall its good as in it does what it needs to do, and then some. It's useful but feel at times we are only touching the capabilities of this software other then really utilizing it.
We were fortunate enough to use a trained consultant to do the implementation and now we have a fantastic solution even through getting there was not smooth sailing.
Netsuite is the best available option at the moment. It's very intuitive when it comes to navigating the software and their customer service is great if you need assistance with something.

Pros

I found that the ease of use was better than I anticipated. The customer support has been excellent, and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] did an amazing job of guiding us through our initial roll-out.
I like the Scheduled Maintenance ease of use. It is clean and easy to set up the things that are most important in keeping an engine room running smoothly.
The ease of use and set up made Fiix a great solution to help us manage our inventory and stock usage. We not only run our PM and asset management but also our consumable inventory.

Cons

Since it is so customization it is a little more difficult to learn. It is a bit costly and you pay per seat so if you need to have 1 person have multiple seats then it could get a little more costly.
While this is not about the software, Oracle has been hiking up prices for the past few years, to the point that it's gotten costly. It might be a relevant barrier for smaller companies.
To add insult to injury, NetSuite made us renew the license while the tool was in development (late!) and we were not using it.

Cons

Pleasing just learning the system and getting things set up. This system was dropped in my lap with no other training so the problems i am having is probably from lack of knowledge.
The work done on the plant went from being a chaotic problem to a very organized and planned program that has resulted in record production outputs by the plant.
When I would call to ask a question, the answer always was to pay more money. Made customer service experience bad.

Great Value

I decided to install NetSuite even though we are a small company with only one shift of production and on maintenance tech. We are able to track all PM as well labor and parts for our equipment.

Cons

Not able to use with NetSuite unless everything is in NetSuite. I would like to be able to use with NetSuite when all the information is already in CMMS.
