Pros
The best part of the software is that you You can download data for any period that you desire. It provides with a very user-friendly dashboard and the ease of accounting is also there.
It's ability to allow the user to customise the report by adding data field(s) which is great as we do not always need to go behind IT Professional asking for help.
The ability to customize just about anything your organization wants is rewarding. And if you are willing to spend, you can have your system fit your business processes like a glove.
Pros
The ease of use and cost are the best functions of this package. This helps us save time and money as we are able to quote multiple sources at once.

The experience was great from the beginning. Our shipping manager did the setup and found that the whole team at the freight view was responsive and helpful.
Using Freightview is very simple and makes it easy to ensure I am choosing the best option for freight. The customer service team is very responsive and is always ready to answer any questions.
Cons
My advice for those scoping out Netsuite is seriously analyze your business requirements and then advocate the hell for them in the scoping or implementation phases.
Please do your research before you find yourself stuck in a contract with a bunch of misleading employees that won't even respond to your email or try to address your concerns.
I hate the reporting functionality, avoid it if I can. Might be that I don't really understand its uses.
Cons
Difficult to ship blind shipments. The scheduling carriers is confusing at times and doesn't always reflect the proper pickup hours due to carrier restraints.
What I dislike about Freightview is that it's not beginner friendly what-so-ever. It hides a lot of its functionality, making it difficult to use.
If I had to write one complaint it would be that when exporting shipment history I don't get all of the quoted rates with it.

Easy set up , no install on local pc. - All web based , and super easy to configure with great support
Cons
Group reporting not available for entire company ( all branches ) out of the box solution not available to communicate with our ERP system Netsuite , we had to enlist 3rd party assistance.
