The software is easy to understand and work with, the user Interface can be improved to appeal to the overall feel of the software. It sometimes lags a bit, but the overall workflow is good. If the glitch's are removed I would say it is value for money spent.
The swift and quick response time of the user interface.
The User Interface can add a few creative design elements to make the software more interactive.

Used full accounting and sales commission tracking.
Very flexible, friendly user interface, great reporting options. We use it to track hundres of field sales reps and thousands of customers.
Customer service can be a bit slow getting back to help. Uploading huge amounts of data can be a bit cumbersome.

It works very well. It is a full suite of software so no need for extra add ons. I like that it is web based so it makes it easy to share the info to those who need it.
This software does everything from accounting and payroll to full inventory builds for complex manufacturing. It also does full stock control for multiple locations.
It is complex (but needs to be) and can be time consuming to set up.

After 25 years of solving our IT problems in-house, we launched Netsuite in May of 2014 and we couldn't be happier. We currently sell more than 100,000 items in our online store, we have eliminated our in-house IT department and we have not suffered a single minute of downtime. Every business should migrate to the cloud and Netsuite is the only provider that really gives the customer a single data core solution.

Value for money, full SAAS solution, built in security
NetSuite is a modern cloud based system. The system architecture allows flexibility of workflows, processes and system screens.
Netsuite does not have built in complex solutions for production. The palnning tools for MRP or work orders are limited.

NetSuite has a comprehensive network of partners. Whatever you need to customize or automate, it can be done and there are plenty of partners to help.
NetSuite is full of features. Once trained, easy to use reports.
The learning curve to implement new features is daunting.

The system works well. The only issues we've experienced with functionality is slow to load time that can be traced to slow response of NetSuite servers. This means that on occasion it takes 10sec, 30sec, sometimes even 60sec to load a page. Overall, this is not a frequent occurrence but it does happen. Price-wise, the system is very expensive, and other systems will deliver the same functionality...

NetSuite has been a blessing and a curse as a whole. Problems are typically solved, but not always easily or quickly.
Allows the creation of a full-blown eCommerce website, complete with large inventory, images, etc.
NetSuite is "clunky". It is big and bloated, in my opinion. And the themes/templates are not sleek or easy to work with. The software is limited in its out-of-the-box configuration. Many things require costly customizations in order to go above and beyond the stock setup.

Netsuite has many features but overall it is not able to replace the core softwares. If you have business outside North America beware as Netsuite is not ready much for different countries. Example : Germany
The Netsuite has so many Features like. - Accounting - Payroll - Vendor Management - Warehouse Management - Inventory Management - Sales Management - Customer Supports and many more
- Netsuite has Accounting but not Friendly like quickbooks - Netsuite has Sales management but not good as Salesforce or Hubspot - Netsuite has Customer Service but not Good as Zendesk

It's cloud-based, relatively user-friendly, and highly customizable. Everyone works off the same database. It can be very effective when used correctly.
Some elements need improvement, like inventory management, credit card reconciliation, and automatic bank downloads.

Our support team can see what sales, finance, and professional services are doing with a customer. They can see case history for all the users at the customer. Ease of use is a really good, but the sales team struggles (but their focus should be on selling so they don't use the system as often). Using issues module, we can keep customers up to date on enhancement and bug fixes while closing their current case with a workaround. The update on the fix goes automatically to the customer when the issue is resolved. Everyone can see when a customer is marked at risk. And anyone with customer contact can enter the alert to give the account owners more time to resolve.
Access in the cloud was a big plus for us. But the full view of the customer has been the bigger gain.
The search constraints don't allow for too many layers in a single search. Case reports cant look into invoice pricing as the invoices are on the customer. A customer search can se that, but if you are starting with case parameters to understand a product profit margin from support, it requires some cross referencing in excel.

Financial information through NetSuite can be accessed through a web browser or mobile device. The system undergoes automatic upgrades and comes with various customization options. NetSuite is cloud-based and runs on a range of internet browsers.
Does not supports data export into xls files. CSV files are limited to only one worksheet for export, not multiple worksheets as xls files

There are tons of features that can be used, particularly with price breaks, currency, inventory management, and item management.
The actual transactions are a little clunky, and the odbc connections aren't as simple or clean cut and other erp connections I have worked with.

Inventory tracking and management.
The inventory management system has great versatility for handling products with serial numbers which was very useful for an audit tracking project.
Mobile platform is not great, and this is a pricey software. Make sure your business can utilize the available tools.
