Pros

The best part of the software is that you You can download data for any period that you desire. It provides with a very user-friendly dashboard and the ease of accounting is also there.
It's ability to allow the user to customise the report by adding data field(s) which is great as we do not always need to go behind IT Professional asking for help.
The ability to customize just about anything your organization wants is rewarding. And if you are willing to spend, you can have your system fit your business processes like a glove.

Pros

My customers are also super happy because HP tells them when something is scheduled and allows them to interact with us. More engaged clients mean happy clients that may spend more.
I love this software, I cannot thank the pros at housecall enough for introducing me to this product. The fee is very affordable and it has everything that I need to run my business daily.
I just like the ease of use and the organization of it. Keeps me organized and helps me accomplish more.

Cons

My advice for those scoping out Netsuite is seriously analyze your business requirements and then advocate the hell for them in the scoping or implementation phases.
Please do your research before you find yourself stuck in a contract with a bunch of misleading employees that won't even respond to your email or try to address your concerns.
I hate the reporting functionality, avoid it if I can. Might be that I don't really understand its uses.

Cons

They utilize a chat bubble on their website for support and have little to no way of escalating a problem to speak with someone. The implementation of new features comes fast and furious.
We reluctantly renewed for one more year because of the hassle of yet another transition, and I can certainly say it has proved to be a mistake and regret.
When your account ask for that information you will not be able to provide that to them. You will eat that loss on your tax filing.

The biggest pro is the ability to consolidate different currencies. Ease of use.

I am enjoying the building of the application from the ground up due to the nature of our business circumstances. It has allowed me to create my own experience based on my own particular needs. As a sales manager, there are a number of details that need to be tied together to effectively manage my team of 12 and NetSuite has given me new views that I am implementing almost daily.

This is a somewhat pricey option for software, but is SO worth the investment!

Pros

NetSuite is very user friendly. It also is very easy to customize any type of reports that you need. Another pro, is due to the fact that it's a cloud based software, you can easily log on from anywhere!

Cons

I would say the only con is that the software is so robust, that the initial setup takes awhile to customize the screens to be the way that you want them. However, once that is completed, it is smooth sailing!

Overall NetSuite is great. You can tweak it to work just the way you want without too much trouble. They have room to improve both in Performance/Stability and in providing more knowledgeable support reps for working on your support tickets.

Pros

NetSuite's biggest pro is that you can customize just about everything you want - either through native tools or via scripting. You can make the ERP your own and make it work just the way you want in order to run your business as efficiently as possible.

Cons

Their Support isn't always the best. They try their best, but a lot of the time you may know more than the support team you end up working with.

NetSuite

NetSuite was a big leap forward for us.

Once you get comfortable with the navigation and understand the workflows, it's easy to use. I'll give credit to NetSuite/Oracle for the help forum. Needed to add some functionality to the purchasing process (tracking whether POs have been acknowledged by the vendor, so I can follow up if not). Had a vague idea how to do it, but posted on the forum. One day later a NetSuite guru had posted a step-by-step process that 100% nailed it.

Pros

It's a web-based ERP, so it does basically anything you ask it to (or are will to pay for it to do). Once you get the hang of it, it's an awesome tool for ordering, receiving, production planning, accounting, etc. Customizable dashboard puts the right info in front of me.

Cons

1. It's web-based, but it's slowwwwwwww. Far and away the slowest software I use on my desktop (Mac). Sign in on the iPad Pro? It'll add an hour to my day waiting for page loads. 2. Everything costs extra. We currently pay for a third-party software to connect our Shopify store to NetSuite. Heard there was now a native NetSuite-Shopify connection. Tried to connect - turns out, you've got to pay for that too. Don't get me wrong - it's powerful stuff, but anything that's not part of the basic package is going to cost you. Negotiate!

Controller at Non-Profit Legal Service Provider

We have used NetSuite for two years now. The Software saves us lots of time and makes our job easier.

Pros

User friendly software!!! Great for custom reporting and searches, able to import payroll in a few minutes, drill down feature, web-based you can use anywhere and open multiple windows at the same time. The ability to scan in AP backup which saves space and time on billing and audits, recent activity allows you to find what you did last quickly, dashboard can be customized to specific users - shows key performance indicators such as bank balances, sales & expense versus other periods. There are workflows to automate task such as vendor approvals, customer service and all NetSuite employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. Also being a non-profit, NetSuite employees volunteer their time with through Pro Bono projects - we have used this three times with great results.

Cons

Any hurdles or issues that i have had were solved by reaching out to NetSuite. One year I was having difficulty printing 1099's but customer service helped get me on track.
