Pros

The best part of the software is that you You can download data for any period that you desire. It provides with a very user-friendly dashboard and the ease of accounting is also there.
It's ability to allow the user to customise the report by adding data field(s) which is great as we do not always need to go behind IT Professional asking for help.
The ability to customize just about anything your organization wants is rewarding. And if you are willing to spend, you can have your system fit your business processes like a glove.

Pros

The planning and financial organization helps the sales rise, helps keep good records of clients in line. Very user friendly if you know your computer well.
Everyone involved was impressed by the organization of the training and effectiveness of it. They offered us the ability to call anytime if we have any issues.
I like this software because it is affordable and and adds a lot of value to my money which is why I love it.

Cons

My advice for those scoping out Netsuite is seriously analyze your business requirements and then advocate the hell for them in the scoping or implementation phases.
Please do your research before you find yourself stuck in a contract with a bunch of misleading employees that won't even respond to your email or try to address your concerns.
I hate the reporting functionality, avoid it if I can. Might be that I don't really understand its uses.

Cons

Customer service has suffered due to the dropped messages, limited user interface and time consuming ticket entry. Users and employees alike avoid the system.
Having trouble with acrobat pdfs and converting them in excel or words documents. Secondly trouble creating email groups and then editing email groups.
Getting error some time so it's take some time to remove the error.

#1 ERP After Evaluating Many

Very positive, I personally hope to only use NetSuite going forward, as the new releases continue to iterate on features and gets better each year.

Pros

I have implemented NetSuite at 2 companies, as well as participated in a redesign. In all cases, the ability to customize to unique business needs, far beyond something like Quickbooks or Microsoft Dynamics, is fantastic. I especially like the ability to connect nearly any software to NetSuite via bundles and APIs. We have integrated most of our softwares such as ADP, Salesforce, Databricks, etc. into NetSuite to form a tight web.

Cons

NetSuite is not particularly intuitive for first-time users, and I have seen many companies implement it incorrectly due to just not understanding what to do. Because it is so highly customizable, this can be a downside for companies that become fatigued by too many decisions and possibilities. A company desiring a complete out-of-the-box ERP may be better served elsewhere.

Netsuite is Great!

We switched over to Netsuite in January of 2013. It is a great system. I have used quite a few (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and many a home grown system) and I would tell you netsuite is better than them all. It is easy to make changes, easy and straight forward to use, and the reporting capability is very good and very flexible. Over a year later I still see tons of opportunity to improve our business and cut costs by going further with Netsuite.

It will get the job done

Overall it gets the job done. It will be useful for complex companies. Once you get used to it, you remember where to navigate, but I had to make a step by step guide in the beginning to know the click path. I've used cleaner designed CRM systems like Sales Force and Microsoft Dynamic 365, but this does get the job done at the end of the day.

Pros

The sky is limitless. For a CRM system you have many tabs and features to use.

Cons

It's not as easy to navigate as some other CRM systems that I have used. It looks a bit older and not as modern as some of the other CRM systems. There is a lot going on and you really have to focus when learning how to operate this CRM system. I don't like the fact that there is not way for the system to automatically pop up reminders for phone calls, emails to be made. You have to leave manual reminders and then go back to close them out yourself. There is no real click to action command to get rid of follow-ups.

Cons

The product shows its age sometimes is its clunkiness (dating back to great plains) and it seems to struggle in keeping up with the market saturation fo Netsuite. These effects are felt with the available integrations relative to Netsuite

Some features you have to contact the partner and buy separately. Configuring those is hard and usually leads to unknown issues. But still worth overcoming if you plan to be on this ERP for a while

An Accountant's View of Microsoft Dynamics

It was an OK software, but we found NetSuite to be a better fit for our company.

Pros

It was very easy to use, most features you could figure out on your own without any training.

Cons

It had limited features and was not very easy to customize.

Old School Meets Cloud

Pros

I love the stability of Microsoft and the integration with other software like GP and AX.

Cons

Dynamics CRM is old school in my opinion and lacks the ease of customization and flexibility of Salesforce and NetSuite.

Not my favorite but not the worst

Pros

Easy to learn & use. Has interface with Outlook for tracking emails. I can't think of anything else 'great'. Offers lots of ways to filter/search for reporting I guess. Though I think Salesforce still better.

Cons

The 'history' of activities cannot be seen all together in 1 chain of events, need to open each past activity to read and then close and open a new one, then close. Needs to be more like NetSuite or Salesforce in that respect. If you don't know when you sent something or what exactly you're looking for, it's nice to have 1 long 'activity chain' to read thru. Also, unable to change DATES on the 'due dates' for daily activities on the dashboard, have to open up each individual activity/task and change once opened, too time consuming.
