Great overall experience with the software. We have found it to be easy to use, its configurable to meet our needs and a solution we can grow with. Overall good value, reasonably low cost feature rich completely cloud based ERP system.
Product is completely cloud based and easy to use. Updates to software are automatic and painless. Do not need an IT Staff to support it. We've been using for 8 years and haven't needed any dedicated full-time IT staff. Features are rich and it is highly customizable to meet your company's needs.
Owned by Oracle now. Cost keeps increasing.

Level of detail you can configure. By multiple verticals.

User friendly software that can be use by anyone.!!!
I was working in different industry and use a lot of softwares. This was the easiest software I have used. It plain and simple even non techy person can use it.
I hope they add features that will entice the user to use. Color are dull and not so friendly.

From contract negotiation, implementation and after sales support, this has been my worst vendor experience as a 20 year professional.
Cloud based implementation made acceptance by our IT team easy.
Difficult to use. Poor reporting capabilities. Customization limited and requires vendor expertise. Service after the sale is a joke. Even when there is an issue on the NetSuite side, response is days in coming and often useless.

We can now easily track revenue and expenses by project.
I like the consolidation ability for multiple subsidaries. I like the revenue recognition module.
Very difficult to find a customized script if you do not know what you are looking for and the script isn't named properly or well.

I've been able to track my opportunities and activities pretty well, which allowed me to be reminded of any activities or calls to make.
It is fairly easy to track your activities by Opportunity and Lead.
It took a little while to send an email off of a template.

Overall the application is quite satisfactory and their support is quite laudable.
Simplicity and intuitiveness. Self-help and video tutorials. Easy of use by business users and capability to build their own reports, Ability to customize by adding desired custom fields etc. fairly easily. NS support is quite commendable.
The application is still evolving and hence some of the areas need improvement. Out of all the modules, Fixed Asset Management needs reorganizing for reporting. It is in its own world compared to other transactions.

We've been able to effectively quote out of NetSuite using the Verenia Bundle. We are able to effectively manage customer contracts via customization.
It's customization. Our NetSuite environment uses many customization features required by our business.
The unexpected downtime / scheduled maintenance. Communication needs to be improved to formally notify customers.

Netsuite is a good accounting service if your small business is starting to grow. With all the different roles available you can divide the software between key employees in your company easily.
The Accounts Receivable section is outstanding. This offers everything you need to manage all your invoices and shipping. It has good help that can answer most accounting questions. All you have to do is login to your account and all the information
It is confusing to operate because it is text-based, not graphics-based. There is no quick access to sections because they are not broken down by task, but by role. Since features are assigned to roles, you must learn the role for each task.

you can see what data is changed and by who it has been changed.
too much info on screen what is irrelevant for me. No customization for my setup what i need to work with no use of tab and arrows, only use of mouse what causes me RSI. If you make a error or change somewhere it's almost impossible to adjust all related data. It's a chain reaction, if somebody in the office don't make a Work Order, I can't make a pick list. It's not so automated as told by sale. we need more people to do the same work then before. making a pick list cost me more time then before. i need a bigger screen to see all data, or i need to scroll like i have to do right now. can't put extra info on a pick list

Implementation was a nightmare. During Go Live, they lost us tens of thousands of dollars by deleting dozens of sales by accident. Every aspect of it is not user friendly and requires extensive coding knowledge. It is completely the wrong choice for smaller businesses.
They sold it really well and their sales team was very enthusiastic and engaging.
It is absolutely a nightmare to implement. It is way too complicated to function well. You need to be a developer to be able to do even the most basic augmentations. You might as well just build your own system from the ground up and save yourself the expensive NetSuite bill. The cost is huge and you can't make adjustments to licenses without long contracts. Despite their claims they don't know anything about integrating with other systems like Shopify via connectors like Celigo or FarApp. The integration team will not help you avoid even common pitfalls. The user interface is, despite their claims, woefully not intuitive or easy to use for average computer savvy individuals. You cannot easily make or adjust print or email templates and their WYSIWYG editor is garbage. The shipping component of it is far less powerful and customizable than many other shipping softwares like ShipStation. Their manufacturing processes are not customizable enough and don't account for realistic manufacturing challenges. You will absolutely end up doing way more steps for not much gain, making it very inefficient to operate. Their "support" is very limited and after you are past your support phase, help is non-existent unless your entire system is down. They are not appropriate at all for small to medium size businesses (despite their claims) and should only be used if you have an entire IT team that could probably just code a custom system for you anyway. Absolutely would not recommend!

very good, 100% would recommend. It is an asset to our company and we have been told by several potential Venture Capital groups that we are so far ahead of most companies our size by using NetSuite we have added value to our company.
The ease of integration with several of our very important eCommerce software platforms. Everyone in our office is now operation in the same environment, no need to use different platforms for different jobs. Also, the reports are endless and tremendous, the customization is a godsend!
Did take a bit longer to migrate data and set up than anticipated but once it was done works like a charm. A small learning curve to operate but it is very forgiving so no need to worry about messing anything up.

I love how adaptable NetSuite is to many different industries and it is a great solution for any business that has outgrown QuickBooks. This is a cloud based solution that allows for access from anywhere with an internet connection and from a variety of devices.
Fast track quote-to-quote process. NetSuite is HIGHLY configurable.
Communication with customers. Order processing could be made simpler by adding a Bill/Print Invoice button on the order fullfillment screen.

Easy to use software and is usable by large companies but also medium-sized companies for their development.
Netsuite is a software that allows our company to efficiently control our activities. What we liked about this software is that it is easy to use with an intuitive interface. It also allows to manage the accounting, the production and especially the inventory management. It is not bad
Netsuite needs to redesign the interface and price and functionality. With these I think it would be more up to the task

Since Netsuite was implemented we have consolidated multiple steps of our process where by we have gained greater insights.
Netsuite enables us to seamlessly share custom reporting and tasks like bank reconciliations without duplicating efforts.In addition,it helps us speed up our billing and revenue process and we are able to customize the experience to our entity's need.
The support team is quite slow in responding to queries I think that should be addressed.

They refuse to help when their referral developers fail. It’s a system build for the empire to take the money leaving the mid-size business with no software and no help. It’s the worst business decision of my life.
If I could say one thing nice about NetSuites I would… But we have been hurt badly by this company.
NetSuite gave us a 3rd party to build software and it’s been 2 years, half a million paid out and no software. We are told we have to pay another 240k to continue but developer cannot get us what we paid for. NetSuite a refuses to help hold data while their software company they referred takes their sweet time building a dysfunctional software. We have 2 week to fork out another Quaryer million or we lose all data for the last 2 years. Total blackmail-
