This software is the best cloud software I've ever used or heard of. This software has the ability to eliminate the need for any other software.
Between Netsuite and the products that it interacts with you can do almost anything. Extremely flexible, great customization opportunities.
In depth CMMS software would need to be integrated with netsuite.

This software is the best cloud software I've seen or used. Years of thought have basically resolved 95% of processes all companies use. This software has the ability to eliminate your need for any other software.
Cloud based, includes accounting, HR, CMMS, payroll and all other processes used for different software. Uncomparably cheaper to bigger software companies like SAP and Oracle but has all their features plus more.
In depth CMMS software would need to be integrated with netsuite, not in basic purchase.

Netsuit is attached with oracle it means Netsuit is most important for accounting.
Netsuit software is oracle based software the calculations of this software are accurate and the database is well design.
In accounting softwares reports and databases are most important and Netsuit software has both best quality databases and reports.

It's a good all around software.
Because NetSuite provides customization it gives you freedom to tweak the software and mold it perfectly to your business needs
Sometimes upgrades and new versions causes problems with the current system. Keeping up with NetSuite, tech drama. The price is too expensive for small business owners :-(

Unfortunately I don't have much to praise on this software. Very old school type software even the bells and whistles that comes with the software are not impressive.
Bill match area for purchase orders is a major problem area. Time consuming and tedious. Inventory to PO to Sales order does not allow you to allocate the quantities to the sales orders. This is a major problem when you have an online store that depends on inventory available quantities. Reporting customizing is not difficult just not enough and the features are not user friendly. I could keep...

It was my first time purchasing a cloud-based software that required so much customization. Creating a tailor-made software for our business is great, but paying for the monthly service from day one of our contract was a huge oversite and was not aware when signing our contract. We have used up 6 months of our first-year license without even entering our first quote or entering any customer records! Buyer Beware and negotiate the contract start date up front to begin the configurations session and go live are completed! The sales team and account reps are ruthless and will suck your business dry!

I was working in different industry and use a lot of softwares. This was the easiest software I have used. It plain and simple even non techy person can use it.
I hope they add features that will entice the user to use. Color are dull and not so friendly.

I use this software daily. I have 3 years of experience with NetSuite and it is by-far the easiest.
This software is great for a medium sized company
Functionally. It is very easy to create and edit Purchase/Sales orders. It is even easier to keep track of customer information and past orders. Netsuite also allows us to search by serial number, showing us exactly where that item is located in our warehouse.
Sometimes the editable fields we have on our board do not update. I find myself going back through my orders and updating pick status' again, along with Warehouse alerts. A minor con, but one that could be fixed in the future.

NetSuite is a very stable and customizable software that can handle almost any business. The software works will for midsize businesses as it can be cost prohibitive for smaller companies.
NetSuite is customizable for most any business. Once set up, the software is easy to use. The software is very stable and reliable. No downtime and you can access it from any web browser.
Setup can be somewhat complicated. There are so many features to set up you may require professional services to set up the software to be able to use it. NetSuite's licensing fees add up and get expensive with more users and features. Cost can be prohibitive for some smaller businesses.

Happy with the system. We have recently moved our shopping carts away from Netsuite due to the reasons above.
Software is online. Software is very easy to use so suitable for all staff not just office based staff Software is so powerful that you can use it for invoicing, customer support, CRM and Shopping carts.
Slow on development of shopping carts. Not up to date with the likes of Shopify etc.. and also the costs are too much compared to Shopify.

NetSuite is not as easy to use as other similar software I used. It's difficult to create reports.
NetSuite is a cloud software so I can access it anywhere. Expense reports is easy to enter than other software I used.
NetSuite is difficult to navigate and to create reports. The user interface is not desirable. Needs improvement.
