Nothing to dislike really - we wanted to use the WMS on a small laptop and some pages didn't quite have enough space. However, Newline have listened and already fixed that issue.

The real-time inventory tracking feature of Newline WMS is one of my favourite features. I can view my inventory levels in real time thanks to this function, which is crucial for ensuring that I never run out of product. I particularly appreciate that many of my warehouse chores, like picking and packing orders, can be automated with Newline WMS. My time and money have been greatly saved by this.

More alternatives for pricing are required to suit companies of all sizes.

I enjoy this platform because, prior to it, it was incredibly hard to discover anything in a warehouse or search for it. Using this has made it simple for me to locate items in the warehouse and to automate tasks related to warehouse management, such as labelling products, managing stock or inventory, and keeping track of orders, all of which improve warehouse productivity. This tool helps me save time and provide the best possible experience for my clients.

There were frequently long waits for customer service. I hope it can be made better.

Newline giving great experience for us. Easy for us to manage warehouse very efficiently. We can track the order, stock availability, create labels and processed the order using the single application. There are lots of customisation in the app that we can do as per the taste. It works very efficiently and flawlessly with CRM without any lag.

Costing is my concern because according to me it is costly for startup or small business. But it gives lots of features in this segment.

Newline WMS allow me to manage inventory in real-time like tracking orders, stock availablity and much more. Warehouse management is really big task but after using the Newline it saves our time as well as helps in improving Warehouse scalability, productivity and efficiency. Overall as per my experience Newline is game changer as well as rich solution for Wearhouse management.

More features and customisation options needs to be added. But I don't have any serious concern.

being a cloud based system means no servers or database for me to manage and support. All reports can be downloaded to CSV or PDF which is great for me and my customers. Its low cost and does exactly what I need easily. Customer support is brilliant very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.

not really a con as there is a lot of data to be displayed, but best used on a 24" or above monitor as some reports do not display well on smaller devices

Solution is totally fabulous saves lots of time in warehouse management tasks like invoice and inventory. Tool is straightforward to navigate and easy to integrate. It improves productivity and reduce human errors.

No as such serious issue sometimes I face inventory status update delay.

I’m using this inventory tool from the past 7-8 months my experience is really awesome and rich. Because it saves lots of time in managing inventory that is the most important tasks in the warehouse. Using the same solution we can generate labels, reports and invoices.

Tool User Interface is modern, easy to navigate and secure. We are using this solution for inventory management. It saves lots of time. Using the same dashboard we can generate CSV reports and share with the vendors. It helps alot in our warehouses. Easy to find something in warehouse for us using this tool.

Nothing for me. Tool is incredible play a vital role in our warehouse and increase productivity.

Found that when using the WMS you have to occasionally refresh your browser history for everything to show up correctly

The WMS software is not limited and can be changed to suite any business, it is very easy to use and has features that many other software packages do not have, I have always felt confident that whatever we want to develop Newline will be there to assist in every step of the way.

I have not seen any other software WMS package that would suite our needs, Newline are a small company but have big ideas and excellent customer service.

It makes processes and information easier to manage, both internally and externally.

Sometimes it runs slowly and entries are duplicated when my cache is full so have to regularly remember to refresh. Also new features take a while to implement.

It is very easy to use, the parts I know and i can navigate round it quite easily.

I don't know where the manuals would be to find out all the functions of the WMS

We have moved away from paper manuals but a "help & support" function is available while using the WMS on most screens and is constantly being added to by the team. if you see a light bulb icon on a screen this also shows you help and features. The stock transfer feature is extremely helpful. The use of csv export is very helpful and something our customers require on a daily basis.

The DPL order review is rather long winded and for some reason defaults back to ASN sent which causes long delays.

Stock report feature is the most useful and most used for me. I couldn't do my stock management without it.

Sometimes the automatic refresh can be frustrating but I have got used to it so doesn't bother me as much.

Newline have worked with us for over 12 years making our WMS bespoke to ours and our customers requirement, but without over complicating goods receipts, despatches & stock movements.If we do have any issues, they are looked into and sorted within a few hours and nothing is ever any trouble.

There is nothing that we can think of that falls into this category.

Easy to use, Free Move is an asset for the Warehouse FLT Operators.

Scanner guns have to wait 2 minutes when scanner goes down, also at times free move does not always go through system.
