Pros

Customer service is fantastic and very prompt. They do a very good job of making sure that you are integrating to exactly your needs.
Very intuitive software with great features. The detail and ease of creating is impressive and really allows you to get the results that you want.
Love designing things to print on my 3D printer with this software. Free for home users is awesome.

Pros

Like I said before I would like a lower price but in my opinion this is the top remote software on the market and you want the best you have to pay for it.
I liked the sharing feature which has helped me to share my screen with best quality with my connections when working. Also the UI is easy to use and can be used by amateur.
Excellent, highly recommended product that is perfect when you need to share a screen and audio/video chat at the same time. Super simple to set up and get running.

Cons

Some functionality changes and when you are in the middle of a project and your workflow changes, it is a little annoying.
Sometimes Fusion can behave strangely but Autodesk launches updates basically every week to fix problem or to add new features.
This can be particularly confusing for those unaccustomed to 3D modeling or CAD software.

Cons

Most of the times these days connection gets interrupted and only the call received person has the permission to close the connection which is bad. Otherwise it will get struck for a while.
The issue with the updates sometime slowed the overall process of error killing. If I had a different version than the other user, we had to match the version by updating the software first.
So then it would defeat the purpose of working for home if you have to go in to find out the new password. That being said, in the past week I've only lost connect randomly once.
