Great Support provide by knowledgable & friendly staff. Roadmap of product is clearly defined and is alway moving product in right direction.
The thing I like the most about the software is the ease of creating a contract. The automation and single entry point is fantastic.

Cons
Whenever I need to work on a proposal, I try to do so cautiously out of fear of losing something important. I struggle to trust this tool.
Lack of access to training materials; response time of support when there are system errors.
Conga is unethical and has no culture of customer service.
Cons
All types of technical abuse complaints (copyright issues and other types of inappropriate usage). Surveys about the follow-through of the staff to requests entered into the system.
Some of the administration set up can be a little bit tricky at times.
Someone will always find something they don't like about anything.
