Pros

At the time it was only average but I know they've come a long way and have made great progress since then. I would recommend them alone for the great customer service I had.
It has a great variety of predesigned templates, very efficient and very easy to use. Excellent for controlling contracts with clients,it has a very fast and understandable interface.
The support team is amazing and the ability to use where ever you have an internet connection is very helpful.

Pros

We are new to the SpringCM platform. Working with the team on implementation has been fantastic, and our team is excited about how the added transparency and system will help us grow our organization.
So far we have managed to use this application for several departments at my organization. Everyone has been pleased with the ease of use and multiple ways to ingest content seamlessly.
Our experience with support and customer service has been great. Our sales contact has been extremely helpful with custom items we want created and also helping to solve issues.

Cons

The lack of support with implementation, the length of time to correct new errors caused by system updates, the amount of time required to customize templates and workflows.
Whenever I need to work on a proposal, I try to do so cautiously out of fear of losing something important. I struggle to trust this tool.
It’s not intuitive, people who don’t use the system daily have a hard time navigating through it.

Cons

Sometimes certain features are difficult to track down, and the configuration can be a bit confusing at time.
Inability to use certain features w/o a Spring license - this comes into place during the review work flow process.
They recently removed a feature that I really enjoyed, other than that, no real complaints.
