Pros

The support team is amazing and the ability to use where ever you have an internet connection is very helpful.
At the time it was only average but I know they've come a long way and have made great progress since then. I would recommend them alone for the great customer service I had.
Sony is very pleased with the support and service we have received from Novatus and very pleased with the tool.

Pros

You can build incredibly amazing customer relationship with the most popular and favorite Zoho CRM Software. You can convert extra leads and you can easily increase your revenue.
I like the most about the collaborative easy to use tools with any type of function like customer service, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful.
ZOHO CRM is very easy to use, particularly, it offers you the ability to customize its features to fit business goals. It has a great user-friendly interface and easy to navigate.

Cons

The lack of support with implementation, the length of time to correct new errors caused by system updates, the amount of time required to customize templates and workflows.
Whenever I need to work on a proposal, I try to do so cautiously out of fear of losing something important. I struggle to trust this tool.
It’s not intuitive, people who don’t use the system daily have a hard time navigating through it.

Cons

The workflow piece is awful and not intuitive at all. Where all other platforms use actual workflows, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century in its interface.
Really clunky, looks terrible (in terms of UI), and generally a bad CRM tool. I guess you get what you pay for.
It was a mistake and I immediately corrected myself by ignoring Zoho apps. Though I wasted 2 months learning the modules.

Pros

It's relatively easy to set up a system and linked database. We use it to create a system to store and search contracts.

Cons

With regards to rights management we had some trouble setting up the right roles and award developer rights to the right person. This had to do with the complicated interface within the Zoho admin panel.

Great Easy Entry CRM

If your starting off with CRM software or need the basic features, Zoho CRM is a great fit. Once you grow and need more advanced features or have an advanced set-up, you might want to look elsewhere.

Pros

Zoho is a good entry CRM platform to help manage contacts, contracts, and status. It has an easy to navigate interface and simple and straightforward fields.

Cons

It lacks some of the advanced features for filtering contacts or adding custom fields. This caused some issues with us when we needed to define our contacts better.

i like it and i think i would totally use it for my company when i start it.

Pros

its very complete. it has everything you need from timer to clock in to e-sign contracts and document presentations. the software is well organized and everything you need is there

Cons

its not well maintained in the support side. since we have had many issue with it from adding administrators to miscounting the credit days we have available and those things are important to us.

Zoho is incredibly easy to use

We are a small-to-medium size business with about 60 users on Zoho. Coming from using Salesforce, I find Zoho to be easier to work with from customizing to working with the Support team, everything has been excellent. I did do a lot of customizing on the Account and Quote modules, but everything was super easy to accomplish. I would like to see a few more apps, specifically something similar to Data Loader and Conga.

Pros

I like how easy it is to customize the CRM.

Cons

Need some more Apps to integrate (one for generating Agreements/Contracts) and one that will auto load data from another source. Need a better way to import accounts and prevent duplicates without changing ownership in the process of overwriting.

Better CRM for smaller business based off of pricing, as it still supports the functionality of most other CRM products without breaking bank.

Pros

- Low costs - No annual contracts - Unlimited storage in professional and enterprise versions - Allows use of macros for things like email campaigns - Stores deleted files for 60 days allowing ample time for file recovery

Cons

- No sandbox environment - No queues for lead assignment - Automated workflows are more difficult to configure.

From start to finish a good experience & great online help but fab customer service as well

Pros

The way the software is set up allows you to basically manage your workload for contracts. I found it very easy to use & easy to set up so I was up & running quickly

Cons

I found sharing some of the info with others in the office not running the software quite difficult

Their customer service, support desk it good.

Pros

The ease of use of this cloud-based CRM was great. Not much training required although I can't say we used it to its full potential. It is a great tool to track clients and prospects, keep notes, contracts, etc.

Cons

What I liked least about this software is that you can easily end up with the same accounts listed twice in the system, especially if you have multiple users. Reps also forget to move a prospect to a client.

Pros

We switched from Salesforce to Zoho. While Zoho may not have all of the features that Salesforce had, it has everything we need. Best part is, it is a fraction of the price and allows us to upgrade or downgrade the number of users on a monthly basis verse annual contracts.

Cons

Some of the products available in ZohoOne are rushed to the market before being user friendly.

Pros

It reads the most simply out of any CRM I've ever used. Its great for when you have a lot of words to parse through. It seems as though it was made to be more of a long form informational tool (e.g. contracts and agreements, important dialogues between vendors and clients, contact info, etc.)

Cons

It doesn't seem useful for anything other than when theres a ton of words needed in the CRM. Not good for order management because it is kind of a bad search function. Also everything is so large you have to scroll a lot, whereas I prefer CRMS where I have to squint to see everything but at least its right in front of me.

A software to grow with

I like to say that the implementation of the zohocrm is the beginning of the international phase to my company with the portfolio of the last project we did, the contracts according the needs of our client, the time of execution and the invoices to be done. Also we begin to address the construction phase in the same crm software.

Pros

I like zohocrm implementation for our project business and this allow us to work out of our country, this aspect turn into an option for create a new way of communicate with potential and actual costumers, and that's a plus. The great thing is that we could show our work, create contracts, negotiate the scope of projects and prepare the deliver forms, with the invoices included. With the software all company can work as a team and reach the same goal, make every project within the crm software conditions. This allows us to grow in the region.

Cons

At the beginning of the implementation phase it was very difficult to adjust previous contract negotiation to the new contract negotiation under the crm software, it take under consideration time of execution, cost and profits. At the end we learn not only the crm software, also the process we are involved with.

I want to love it so badly

I so badly wanted to love it and have it do everything for me. In the end it was just too much and I chose a different option.

Pros

I love that Zoho Suite/Zoho One is a ginormous suite of software that does everything business related. Website design, CRM, Social Media, Contracts, you name it - it does it, and in theory shares all the information between all the apps to keep everything on target. Customer service was quick to respond, but the answer was always "schedule an in person call with us" - which was not always convenient.

Cons

It was overwhelming to me. I struggled to get everything set up, and I'm not sure I ever did it correctly. I looked at hiring a professional to help me, but I would've had to pay for an additional subscription, plus their time to do the tasks. It is very possible I'm just not qualified to use this software.

I often use the CRM on a daily basis, I consider it very useful and many important features for my business activity, however, some points should be improved such as: -Integration of communications made by whatsapp -Chat by people who really know the Portuguese Language -Integration with Linkedin to add prospect's profile -report of which sales contracts will generate for the year of sale and rental -direct conversion of the filled fields when designing the proposal and the opportunity

A fairly decent CRM

Our overall experience was good, but I believe the only reason we were with Zoho rather than Salesforce was because of price.

Pros

To be clear, I used to use Zoho. I used this CRM at my last place of work where we franchised businesses to individuals. We used Zoho to log leads, monitor their place in the pipeline, automate email notifications, send contracts, etc. For what it's worth, it did it's job well. My favorite thing about Zoho was the automation of messages sent to prospective owners dependent on where they were in the pipeline related to their initial input date (however, I believe this is not unique).

Cons

I wasn't thrilled with Zoho's user interface. It was complex and just not that appealing. The interface could certainly be more intuitive and much simpler.

As time progressed my vision has clarified on what I’d like Zoho to do for me. Click a button, send a quote, and simultaneously send me an email for parts and products to send to my distribution vendors for shipping. I can have that all tied into Zoho Books if I want, but we have not looked at Books as of yet. We're going to be utilizing the marketing campaign in the near future. Currently we're utilizing Zoho Sign (DocuSign) for contracts and we're utilizing Workspace (Share Point) where we have a collaborative repository for training materials spreadsheets for our projects that we want to keep track of anything we want to share amongst ourselves that's what we use.

Pros

As advertised, you can run your entire organization from this enterprise platform that being Zoho One. We heavily use the CRM for generating quotes emailing templates email and quotes and proposals and contact management.

Cons

Each module can speak to another but on a very limited basis directly out of the box. You'll need to customize each modules ability to speak to each other in the manner you want. This will take some time for you to discover.. be patient, the product is not a "Magic Genie" but could be when you program it to be. A good option for small business owners and sales teams on a budget.

Cons

Really, the only con with Zoho CRM is it's not as big a player as Salesforce (sales) or Hubspot or Infusionsoft (marketing), and so you may not find as many integration options as you would with a more well known CRM system.
