Pros

We use this for much of our document storage needs. In our industry, document storage is very important and as such it is good to have a reliable , industry standard product.
Excellent content manager, excellent as a bpm, you can get the Mix with other systems (dynamics, outlook, your core software) and it woks perfectly.
First of all its a straight forward set up which is very easy to use and i personally happy with its UI. We can back up all the transactions and invoice generated or sale-purchase orders.

Pros

I have loved working with everyone there. From inception to implementation and even with customization it has been a very comfortable ride.
Like most business owners, when I need help I need it now, not in 2 days. Bottom line is Its simple, It's inexpensive, and customer service is excellent.
The self checkin has decreased the immediate need for a Front Desk. The online scheduling is a wonderful addition that makes life grand.

Cons

At times it can be difficult to navigate - and can be rather intimidating without proper training.
When I am importing documents, I am not able to drag and drop multiple files at a time. If I have 10 files to import, then I have to do 10 separate imports for each.
Our business users are screaming to go back to version 13.

Cons

Initial set up is horrible. They were only able to transfer my patients into system but no other information.
I prefer chart notes to read in a paragraph format rather than as bullet points, however this is a very small criticism.
Having to flip back and forth at times for different functions; slight delay between.
