Merge field values can only be used once, you can't clone templates, any time a change is made you have to remap ALL the field and template IDs. Terrible API documentation.

It is also not totally straightforward how to send forms to multiple participants at the same time but prefill different information. It is easy to accidentally send out the wrong information.

Pros

It did what I needed it to do during this period of my business. I have used RightSignature, EchoSign (Adobe Sign), and PandaDocs before I settled with DocuSign.

Cons

The reason I left RighSignature is the same reason I left AdobeSign. We needed our documents dynamically integrated with our website and they wanted to charge an arm and a leg to do that.
