Tecsys OrderDynamics is a cloud-based order management and digital commerce solution for retailers and brands, with features for inventory management, order routing, store fulfillment, returns, and more. The platform helps accelerate omnichannel revenue growth for both eCommerce and physical (brick & mortar) locations.

Organizations can orchestrate their omnichannel orders through a flexible processing workflow that enables users to manage payments, invoices, run tax calculations, split shipments, get customer notifications, and more. The system provides flexible rules configuration for fraud rules, tax rate calculations, and shipping methods, and includes an intelligent order routing engine that considers local inventory availability and geographic proximity for distributed order management strategies.

The system helps leverage all inventory in real time, unifying different inventory pools across multiple channels within a single view. The dynamic safety stock engine enables users to determine inventory availability levels across their network, store by store, with real-time allocation. Product fulfillment dashboards enable retail associates to complete and deliver a variety of customer order types, print customer invoices, and generate shipping labels.

The customer service center offers a set of tools for customer service agents, including a built-in CRM, a call center interface, and a case ticket management system. Users can view customers’ purchase histories and manage payment refunds, stock reallocation, customer profiles, and more. Tecsys' suite of back-end functionality supports international omnichannel expansion strategies, handling multi-currency and global pricing, international taxes and payments, and localization.
