Orderhive has been incredibly supportive with several of our website launches. They spent time setting up our account and integrations according to specification and the platform has been a reliable solution. Customer service is both helpful and professional. Orderhive has also taken a very active approach in keeping their web interface updated to improve ease of use and functionality. All in all, a comprehensive inventory management platform.

Do not use this system

OrderHive has been a constant headache since I started using it. The developers are very shortsighted in what's required, for example not having a way to retain the original order number, for me this is really basic stuff. When new features are launched they often haven't been thoroughly thought through, for example a feature being available in the UI but not via the APIs. I find the support people don't understand the product very well, and certainly don't understand it's shortcomings. Everything has to be explained 3 different ways and then still nothing is done about it, I have to resend the same emails multiple times to get a response, and always be the one the follow up. Unless you have extremely basic requirements then I would stay well away from this product.

Product looks good, but Customer service is not there

Pros

Everything looks like it might work really well. Data is well formatted, gui is easy to use, and the pricing is fair.

Cons

Customer service is bad. Normally you can't judge customer service during the trial period. Sales is normally where most companies shine, but not orderhive. Their free trial allows 2 integrations - which if you use amazon FBA and merchant fulfillment, is used up by one marketplace. I begged and pleaded to be allowed to try the setup that I would be purchasing - I need 2 woocommerce, 2 amazon, 1 xero, 1 shipstation, and 1 etsy intedgration to see if this would work for my setup. Support was like a robot - "Company policy is 2 integrations per trial. Delete current integrations to test others" Also, each postal carrier is another integration... That isn't the point of this service, to see if you can integrate 2 channels. If you only have 2 channels, you don't need this software in the first place! I was not able to contact via phone - "the person you are trying to contact is unavailable right now" - and no voice mail available. I'd advise to go to a company that trys to help your business.

You would have simply dropped us email on support@orderhive.com and we would have allowed you more channel. Great customer service with customisable options for our business needs

Customer service is great even during the trial. Responsiveness as well as constant follow-up definitely takes the load off our end. The interface has updates from time to time to ensure better user experience. Sync issues may occur at times but this is usually rectified after feedback. Currently one of the best solutions we have employed to our business.

We have been looking for a multichannel management system for a long time. We received few quotes from other companies usually priced $3000 plus per year. Finally we came across Orderhive and after a year of using it I can confirm that was a great choice. We use this system to link Amazon, Ebay and Shopify store. System is simple and saves us a lot of time. Great customer service too. A lot of handy reports, including stock valuation, low inventory etc. Just upgraded to an annual plan as we will be using this system for long. Highly recommended!

A system that gives you more but costs less

We used to use a UK competitor for our inventory control and order management but it caused too many problems for us so we left. We then found Order Hive and are very impressed by the simplicity and the pricing structure. We would highly recommend this system.

Simple, efficient and cost effective.

Cons

Initial training is lacking as they only give you a quick demo and you then have to ask a lot of questions once you start using the system.

We are a small online business with over 1000 products selling on multiple channels, & with our product's always increasing, we were desperate to find a cost-effective alternative to spreadsheets & the need to use substandard website plugins, for linking products between sales channels, plus we needed a reliable system to keeping track of product variants, multiple supplier sources and of course our sales v/s product costs, The biggest problem with finding never mind choosing a viable alternative was primarily cost, most of the online cloud based inventory management systems are ridiculously priced & over bloated for our needs, it took us a great deal of searching and demos before we found Orderhive. On reviewing this company & their software platform, i came across a post that stated one of the major concerns with this East Indian based company was a deficiency in language both verbal & grammatical. I can honestly say that as an Englishman I have found their communication within both medians to be exemplary, as well as the quality of the personal customer service I have experienced, their staff are professional, knowledgable & always quick to respond with not only standard information & explanation but also with listening to suggestions (We needed a sort filter to display out of stock / low stock products in the inventory list) within a month it's now available, how cool is that!. The software is also visually crisp simple to use & very responsive, as of yet we have only utilised two of the many available integrations Ebay & Woocommerce, as we were trailing the product & only wanted to pay the starter level price of $49.99 a month, now we are sure & happy with the suitability,functionality & personal professional customer service orderhive offer us, we are planning to upgrade to the business level at a $99.99 annual subscription fee,as this level will offer us a further 4 active integrations, these are needed for adding Quickbooks online, stripe, amazon.ca & Canada post. It is important to mention however that to fully trail the product you need to subscribe to at least the starter pack as the demo version wont allow the integrations, when i queried as to why? the explanation was that when activating the integrations with third-party companies there is a cost to them (Orderhive). So we figured ok business is business we all have expenses & signed up to the lowest monthly plan while i tried their product. Axiology Imports Canada

Amazing product, amazing customer service!

Not only is the product a grade A success, the customer service is incredible. If there is anything you ever need you can rest assured that the staff here will take care of you. It doesn't matter if you are on the lowest plan or the highest they treat everyone like a gold customer. We had some issue on our end with the software we were using and had some trouble implementing. The customer service worked with us to overcome any problems and was available 24/7 for anything we need. Couldn't recommend this product more.
