Pros

Great customer Service, Great Integrations, Always being updated and that is the most important. They are always on the move to bigger things.
Customer service is outstanding. With anything there is a learning curve but Orderhive reps answer my questions quickly and give great tutorials.
They have features for almost everything you need for running online marketplaces. The customer support is brilliant and OrderHive is great for small or large businesses.

Pros

Overall Easyship is a worth it addition to your shipping needs. Helps provide a good discount with a nice layout.
Generally I’m quite pleased with it, it allows me to choose from a range of courier providers and I like that there’s options to choose from to decide what’s the best for my business needs.
Easyship is easy to use, reliable and cost effective especially for a new startup like myself. I have been using Easyship for over 3 months and I will definitely recommend them.

Cons

The customisation which we had to pay for has never been completed and still does not work.
When I finally left, they refused to refund me the 2800 USD, even though I had paid for a service I literally never got.
The system does maybe 10% of what was promised. As a time-saving automation, it is a complete failure and costs us more time to run than doing a totally manual operation.

Cons

The only negative thing about Easyship, is that sometimes I am experiencing the software lagged or crashed.
We had expected that at least the sender/recipient would be notified via a note/email/call before a shipment be returned or destroyed - we received none.
If a mistake is made or instructions are not clear, there is no way to correct it other than starting over again.
