They have a very nice product, but i was never able to fully tested because the magento integration that they advertised doesnt work... i reported this, and they recommended me to hire a developer to fix the api connection... while testing this product i tested at least half a dozen alternatives (SellerActive, Finale Inventory, Zoho Inventory, Ecomdash), every single one of them had no issues connecting to Magento or reaching the API. I guess they should hire some professional Magento Developer who fix their connection, instead of suggesting their customers to do it... after 4 weeks of emails going back and forth, i gave up and move to SellerActive...
Its easy to create a product and push it to different channels
Magento integration is advertised, but it doesnt work, and they dont know exactly how to make it work

Anytime I have a question, I am responded to quickly. My concerns are always addressed and it's a pleasure working with Orderhive. The process is pretty user-friendly, and if I have any issues, solving them is only a click away with their on-screen chat feature. If I close my screen or am not around for a response, I always get a follow-up email.

easy to update fields especially batch processing.
Great for utilizing the new SKU feature in Etsy. Also lets me finally put a proper valuation on the inventory. Outstanding Customer Support staff - very responsive especially when you want to do something but don't quite know how to tackle it. Very patient.
Some things are a bit obscure if you aren't totally used to Inventory Management. I had to read up on their Knowledge Base to learn about some features of how to manage inventory.

Efficiency and live tracking of inventory products.
Very simple UI interface and yet able to track orders to great details. Utilising this for company purposes and till today, very satisfied. Customer support is top notch too. Special compliments for Shruti, who has been assisting in my account. She has been meticulous and transparent, providing clear guidance in resolving questions.
Recent upgrade to Orderhive 2.0 was not implemented properly, with lack of customer notifications and interface manuals. Otherwise, glad that there still is continuous improvement.

peace of mind knowing where all my inventory is
The support is top notch, if you have a problem they are always there to assist you in a live chat and if they happen to be afk they get back to you soon. The fact that this allows you to track your sales on amazon.com as well as amazon.ca as well as FBA for both countries is just what I needed. It does many other countries too as well. It supports multi currency which is great when selling in different countries. You are able to merge different SKU to a main SKU so they get tracked all under one main sku and your inventory is accurate. You can also use this software to process orders that are not placed on amazon but you want to fulfill by amazon. It works perfectly.
There was a small glitch with the shipping pricing for Merchant Filled by Amazon, I raised the issue with support and it was fixed the next day. I did not experience any other cons with this.

convenience, as it can be integrated with my Xero and Woocommerce. However, cancelled orders through woo commerce can't be reflected on Orderhive.
A lot of features and functionalities. Easy to integrate with other software as well. Stock manual log was convenient and easy to trace, data updates like google sheets as well. Reporting is also straightforward.
To change the stock count, i can't go into the menu log and change then hop on to the next product. I had to constantly go back to the main inventory page to click on the next inventory which is cumbersome.

Orderhive is an overall great value. Its inventory, kitting and bundling capabilities have made managing our inventory very easy. It has more robust inventory features than Zentail and SkuVault, however in other areas it still has a way to go. It has been more accurate with tracking our inventory across the marketplaces than other programs, and while it has more features, Inventory is really the only one we use regularly. I would love to see it grow into multi-channel listing management and add some more basic features and rules, but overall we are very happy with orderhive and will continue to use it.
It offers a good solid inventory solution. It has been hard to find a program with Multi-warehouse inventory tracking that doesn't cost a fortune. Unlike most other programs Orderhive will take the inventory out of the location that it is shipped from , keeping a more accurate inventory of each warehouse. The accuracy is pretty solid, as we have not found one yet that works for our sku set and setup, but Orderhive has been the best so far.
*No half cent pricing- unable to use many of the built in features. *Partial ship orders from multiple warehouses. You cannot split an order into multiple warehouses to ship

Orderhive has been great. It has allowed us to accurately sync our inventory across 4+ channels and even automate fulfillment from outside sales channels to our Amazon FBA inventory. We have grown sales just by connecting more sales channels and accurately showing our inventory. They had the integrations we needed, and setup was easy.
This software had the most integrations, and more importantly, the integrations we NEEDED. We landed on Orderhive as they filled all of our channel needs as well as providing some cool custom Automation features that my team and I can write ourselves. Whenever there is ANY sort of technical issue / bug, we submit the issue directly to the support team and it is resolved within 24-hours almost all of the time. It usually only takes longer due to us needing to provide more information to the technical team so they can fix our problem.
Not many items on this list, so I'm reaching here. Shipping is not as fluid / smooth as our previous software that did ONLY shipping, but our volume is low enough that it has not impacted our day to day operations. Writing Automation can speed things up and we have no problem shipping / fulfilling 50+ orders a day. We do wish there was a way to bulk MAP products together so we can quickly clean up our duplicate / multiple products that are the same but with different SKU's, but that is a task that should be done slowly anyways to eliminate the chance for mistakes.

With a complex list of features that I need the only thing this app lacked was the ability to provide the global ebay shipping address into my system, and no way to delete or cancel shipping labels to reprint them if a mistake was done.

Tracks inventory across several platforms, saves me so much time and money. Prior to this service, I was wasting lots of time and money by not being efficient with my inventory, and I didn't even realize it.
Pages are slow to load and glitchy. Often times, I have to keep refreshing pages which leads to a kink in productivity

Superb Customer Service provided by Support team at Orderhive. By itself, Orderhive is a great online inventory management system which allows for automation of inventory tracking. What stood out was the excellent support by Orderhive support staff.
RFID linkage is not available, but it will have to be the next step in advancing Orderhive to allow for even more automation in the tracking.

Control over my inventory and procurement, and a faster order lookups than WooCommerce
Super simple ingration with WooCommerce. Manage different currencies perfect. User supprt is eminent, and their willingness to listen to suggestions for minor changes are great. Overall, the most complete inventory system I've seen to date. And so for a reasonable price.

It's a very affordable way to manage different inventories coming from different warehouses.
They answer in few minutes and always find a solution for us. Thanks a lot team for your patience and your help. The software is connecting to all warehouses and marketplaces which is very useful. Easy to use.
Poor documentation...BUT a very efficient customer service ! Inventory adjustment should be improve. We should not change directly the quantity but have another column to put adjustment number and put a comment why we adjust it. It is important to keep the reason why we adjust the number. It would be very useful for the physical inventory. Also, when we do a physical inventory in our warehouse, we should be able to freeze the quantity at a specific date.

We are trying to monitor and control inventory using one system for all marketplace.
The ability to see real time inventories in multiple warehouse location. Allows to download report in csv and pdf form. The app provides very attention to details of the attributes of the product. Perfect for those who are in need of constant reminder about the characteristic of the products.
The app under the purchase order cannot add an entry for custom line that is not an inventory item. If you need to add a category related to fees, shipping or handling you must need to add first sku in order to save which is something that limits the orderhive to be almost perfect.

I've used order hive in my previous company. It is a basic tool for order management. there could be more functionalities like competition has.
The tool lacks many advanced features on inventory part etc. But overall it is good. Not any big con.

There is not an option to utilize bar code scanning for picking and shipping.

Its a best inventory management software I have come across. Support staff is really good. Worked with almost all of them and would say each one of them strive to solve the issue right away.
Software helps me keep track of my inventory between by website and marketplaces. Real time update of inventory is something I was looking for long time and OH had helped me to that. Software also helps you create purchase orders, create shipments and generates few basic reports.
I didnt see any cons as such. System is pretty much nice and simple to use

I would recommend OH to new clients to manage all stock and inventory especially if they use kitting..
We like the way this software has live updates and is easy to connect.
The changes to the software design and look.. I actually liked the old school look and feel..
