Integration is great with multiple platforms. Easy to use simple feature and easy to use more advanced features that are less intuitive but available if you know how to do it.

The fact that we were deceived as to what ProShip was. ProShip does nothing out of the box, it is merely a development environment.

Good Customer service, response time is good and techs  seem to know what they are doing most times.
