Sangram: The first thing I want to do is to show you how you can actually split up an order into multiple shipments. For example Scarlett here, she has ordered two items. One is the Black Widow action figure and the other is the Hulk action figure.
Say for whatever reason, she can ship out just one for now and she can ship out the other later, or she just wants to ship it out in two different boxes for whatever reason. For the previous two orders that we processed, we actually just created one shipping label for each of those orders. Let me show you how you can split one order into two shipments.
Jimmy: We clicked on that little number icon right above the product.
Sangram: Exactly. I clicked on the order ID. This is the order ID. This is going to get you to the order detail page, a little more details about what the order is all about. What I'm going to do is go ahead and create a shipment which is similar to processing the order if you will.
What I'm going to say in this shipment, I'm going to send out just the Black Widow action figure. And I want to create another shipment in which I will send the other item. If you noticed it automatically created a second shipment and it also pre-filled the other items if you will. That's all I did. I split up that shipment into an order in two shipments. And if you notice in the shipments tab, I actually have two different shipments that I can create a label for.
