Pros
I love PandaDoc and recommend adding to your tool belt...unless your in my space as I like standing out above the competition.
It's great for creating proposals and then keeping track of them. It can be used alongside various programs and CRMs and the customer support can be of great help ,when needed.
Overall this is an amazing software that takes care of so many business needs with ease, mainly.

Cons
Our experience with Pandadoc over the course of the past 18 months has slowly deteriorated. The product has become consistently worse and is now unusable.
This sometimes leads to clients being confused or missing options they wanted.
Otherwise it is what you make it. Tailor it your way and there should be very few parts you dislike.
