Pros and cons

The Park team is amazing. From the introduction video that I could share with decision makers to the tweaking of our facility map, each step of the way was pleasant.
We love and highly recommend Park to any business that could benefit from all the perks and extras associated.
Easy to use, great customer service, easy to navigate. Our employees appreciate that we chose a program that is easy to learn.
For us the cost being passed on to the customer was the biggest selling point as we don't have the added pressure of finding another avenue to return our losses from other similar products.
The inability to view an entire month's availability and bookings on the calendar.
Fairly new to the market and can be confusing for non technical people to understand.

Thanks to Park, managing our campground became a breeze! The booking system is great! The layout is easy to manage. It makes running our campground much more stress-free. The guys at Park who helped us get set up are very helpful, and friendly. They have thought of just about everything any campground would need. Just as they promised, we were up and running in 1 week of the first Demo! Thanks from Eagle Shadow Campground in Hyder, AK

There is nothing about Park that I dislike.

After using numerous campground reservation programs, I have found Park to be the most user friendly software program. Easy to navigate and understand.

Pros

Easy to use, great customer service, easy to navigate. Our employees appreciate that we chose a program that is easy to learn.

Cons

The tutorial was difficult to follow because of the rate of speed of the instruction/instructor.

It has been exceptional moving from a competitive application to Park. Specifically, [sensitive content hidden] has been such a delight to work with as has the rest of the staff there as they were patient and understanding and extremely efficient getting our campground set up.

Pros

The ease of dragon drop for moving campers around various campsite is a delight. That coupled with being able to manage our entire operation from our iPhones has given us back the ability to be with our guests and not behind a desk. The park application has really changed, our ability to provide a better product to our campers!

Cons

The only thing is point of sale transactions, but that is being resolved as Park has recently released that feature, so really don’t have any cons to speak of.

See about my previous comments but like I said, you have to see a demo to believe it. What a asset Park has been for our campsite, it was that I came across them at a local campsite management show.

Pros

I could not be happier with my results switching to Park. They have been provided quick service & been very trustworthy. [sensitive content hidden] was patient and answered all my questions being very professional. Amazing experience to see how simple it is compared to others in the space that seem to be build on older technology I guess. Get a demo and watch how easy it is to drag and drop reservations. “[sensitive content hidden] was the best!

Cons

Having Point of Sale was my only gripe but it is being released so I could not be happier, thank you Park team!

If you are on the fence of joining the Park family, Just do it!

10/10. It all comes from the backend support that makes the product and the experience.

Pros

I appreciate the support end of the product. I am able to be in contact with one of the founders of the program and to me that makes a huge impact.

Cons

I have found a few quirks to the system, but upon mentioning them to the support team they have been either rectified or fixed in an update to the system.

I can not say enough GOOD about Park! Finding this program was actually the BEST thing that's happened to our business!

Pros

Park has taken our business to the NEXT level. Extremely professional and any time we have an issue (VERY rare) the support is super responsive !!!

Cons

I honestly cant come up with anything negative.

Great software

Very pleased with the functionality and am looking forward to using new features and seeing the upgrades.

Pros

I love how easy it is for staff and customers to book a stay. Very user friendly.

Cons

I don't like having to use Stripe as the online payment system, would prefer it to integrate with Quickbooks which I use for everything else.

RV Park @ Fairgrounds

Great service. We plan to continue using and I would recommend to others. Always get quick response from our contact at Park when we have a problem or question.

Pros

Park allowed us to manage RV Park during a time we didn’t have a camp host on site. It was the only reason we successfully kept up on who was out there, coming in and out, and who owed us money, etc.

Cons

We struggled at first keeping up with tracking who had paid and who had not when some paid online in advance and some did not. Specifically for monthly guests who scheduled longer than they paid.

Best site ever!

Amazing! I would have been lost or paying more than I could afford as a start up business. They've helped me get organized.

Pros

They helped me structure our new campground. They made it so easy to get an online presence.

Cons

With my seasonal sites I can't put in the campers info. Just block the spot. Of course you probably can I just haven't asked how to yet.

Has made our lives so much easier!

Awesome to work with, I've enjoyed our Google Meet calls to get everything set up the first couple weeks!

Pros

We've tried to join the 21st century and bring on technology before, but they were all quite difficult to set up and use on a daily basis. Finally we found one that just seems to make sense, and is easy for everyone at the office to pick up (even my 70 year old mother-in-law!). Online reservations have definitely made our lives easier as well, and we've been surprised to see the amount of overnighters pick up quiet a bit since they helped us list on some RV apps for traffic.

Cons

Getting our pre-existing reservations initially inputted took a while

Instantly make your campground booking experience high end

Pros

First impressions are everything and with a high end campground it was important for us to appeal to our users from the first point of interaction and make sure they had a booking experience that was modern and familiar. Park delivers that for our customers and makes managing things on our end significantly easier.

Cons

Set up really isn’t difficult but like anything else you do for the first time requires a little coordination and trouble shooting. But a worthwhile investment

It was so easy to set up! [sensitive content hidden] and his team were very intuitive to our needs and made the implementation a breeze!

What I like most about Park is the system was easy to manage and implement. My staff have never used computers before. I was able to teach them to use the system in a short time frame.

Cons

I would like the system to be a little more convenient toward my seasonal sites.

The one on one relationship helped create trust between us and Park. Using park has enabled our customers and our business to save time and easily create, cancel, and refund bookings.

Cons

The inability to view an entire month's availability and bookings on the calendar.

Park fills your park!

Great business! The owners care about their customers and their customer’s customer! They are willing to make their program the best experience for everyone involved in the booking process.

Pros

Free to the business. Easy to use. Anyone can use this system!

Cons

Fairly new to the market and can be confusing for non technical people to understand. But, the guys are so helpful and it make it easy for even the most inexperienced computer user!
