This CRM system does exactly same what other CRM systems do. Price is lower than other CRMs, easy ERP integration.
I wish it supported flat file integration. Look could be improved, also we need more modules for purchasing.

Better cost-benefit than Salesforce when you are looking to integrate to other tools like your ERP. Good features.
Once you look at integrations with an ERP you need a very expensive version, with large sales teams in a developing country it becomes unfeasable. Support was not great.

Awesome.
The overall experience is good. Every field and flow can be customised in the CRM. The best part is it can be integrated with other Zoho products like Zoho campaigns.
There are many versions of the ERP which makes selecting the correct version confusing. Also Zoho CRM is a premium software for integration on Zapier.

An ERP system for a small manufacturing unit.. My experience has been fine, mostly learning ZOHO, yet to build the complete project.
The resources are comprehensive and contain excellent guides for learning.
I dont like much the UI, graphics,fonts and colors on ZOHO. They could be better.

Good options for small business where several users are logging into the CRM or ERP. Add-on features will provide a solution in some way.
Offers a user friendly interface and custom report options.
3rd Party add on features are nice but feel they should be incorporated.

As I know, Zoho prices its CRM product pretty reasonable. I used it when I was working for a small business. And the interface is pretty simple as well. You also got most of the necessary features for your CRM.
I am not expecting much out of it because I am only using the basics. If you are expecting an entire ERP system, you probably will need to pay more.

The product does everything you would expect from a CRM and integrates with every possible SaaS, giving you the flexibility to in a sense develop you own ERP.
Pricing is a bit steep, but you get what you pay for.

Tracking customer inquiries and routing. Ability to see follow up time, and volume of the number of calls we actually take, Many of our customer dont realize the volume of day to day work we do because its not in their face. Zoho allows out client to see that we handle over 150 work order calls per day alone.
The interface, overall design and layout are appealing and easy to maneuver.I like the breakdown of open ticket - due in 6 hours, 12 hours, or overdue, all laid out in one screen.
We are still working on linking the software to our in-house ERP. We were told this could be done, but there have been a few glitches that cant be blamed in the software itself necessarily.

Zoho in my opinion one of the best CRM system that drives to be ERP system. It was a big help for my organization that took us from one level to another.
How easy is to implement and customize without any software development. Easy to train team members. Simple integration steps.
Zoho is trying to hard to be one stop shop for all your business needs, which makes it great as a starting point but as you grew and your business processes gets more intense and comprehensive, you'll understand that Zoho is missing key points for few of it's offered modules. Another weakness is their support team lake the knowledge of their own products and its capabilities.

Overall it was a good software system to start organizing and planning my business in a more structured manner.
Flexibility—Zoho lets you do what you want and stays out of your way. Let structure and more customizable than other CRM system—reminds more more of an ERP than a CRM in a lot of ways.
Design and UX are not up to par with the leading competitors in CRM. Feels a bit like a legacy platform.

Zoho CRM comes out of the box in a ready to use format based on best practice sales & account management principles. Yet it is also so easy to customise. So many add-on modules that Zoho products could from your entire ERP

Sad to say that I had a terrible experience with this CRM, I also released the difference when I started using other CRM products.
The inexpensive cost of the product. The integration with ERP and other systems is easy. The support of the product are good and they answer on an acceptable timely-manner. It has a simple mobile app that also works well to update contacts and notes.
The reporting capabilities are very basis and not helpful. The layouts are difficult to understand and not user-friendly. The role of customer success is missing from Zoho. It works as a contacts library rather than CRM tool.
