Pros

Response from users has been great. The ease of use, the ability to extract and analyze data is something everyone appreciates.
From the start to finish, it was a great experience to work with Mickey and Andrew. They listened to our concerns and needs and did their best to give us what we were looking for.
Excellent product, excellent support. Polygon support team always ready to help with any new complicated business system requirements.

Pros

The ease of use, ability to configure and wide range of features make it a very extensible and scalable solution. It's a perfect solution for small to mid-size or start-up companies.
We are using BC for many years and we are happy with our accomplish with the software.
Good reporting engine allows us to get data when we need it and how we need it, to make better decisions.

Cons

There is still a problem between the warehouse system and the boxes with the finished product that makes it unable to use the same box number.
You can limit or restrict users to only access what is necessary. Also, with this system, you can always be sure that the vendor will find a way to do what you need.

Cons

Some features are difficult to implement without guidance from CGS. When setting up any new functionality, identifying all the underlying tables and links can be cumbersome.
Upgrades can be difficult if you have a customization or modules that aren't used by a lot of customers (Ex: BC Extender).
Screens were sometimes too detailed it was hard to read and shortcuts were not always easy to access.
