Organization and remarkable income are clearly one of the advantages that Dynamics 365 gives us.
The way that makes us interact with the software, creating expectations and a desire to delve deeper into the services provided.
In terms of priority, there isn't anything I didn't like, however, I think that for some people with technological development difficulties, there could be a specialized and detailed tutorial with each software task.

This software is easy to install and works great with other Microsoft products. It's also pretty simple to learn, especially for new users.
There are some bugs that seem to be an overall program for a lot of users. The responsiveness to fix doesn't seem a top priority.

I use this software as a work tool, it let me know the requirements of clients and resolve their demands in order of priority and date of the request, at the same time i can have feedback with clients and let their know the status of their requests.
I like that it is very intuitive and easy to use and also has tools that allow organizing the information according to the needs of the users.
Its works in the cloud, and is an advantage and at the same time a disadvantage, because according to the speed of the Internet, it is sometimes cumbersome to have access to its services.

This application allows you to use and organize work areas, define roles and generate a history of all requests made by customers and attended by the company where I work.
The most I like this software is that it simplifies the management of subsidiaries by organizing and providing useful information about customers. In my case I use this software to manage the requests made by clients and provide support in the resolution of the same according to the date and priority of each request. All this in a fast, efficient and simple way.
So far, the only issue I've had with the program has been some compatibility problems with browsers such as Google Chrome in which sometimes this tool is not shown completely or the options do not load properly.

It allows me to schedule my day schedule , my meetings with clients and provide the option of setting the reminders. I can see the status of each task and can assign priority to them. It is really helpful for saving time and achieving efficiency.
The user interface is obsolete and need improvements for enhanced user experience. Many emails are not compatible which is a major limitation and business suffers due to this.

There are less problems and countless benefits and amazing features which makes it amazing and enjoyable. i like this software because it is affordable and and adds a lot of value to my money which is why I love it.
This software became my priority since a friend introduced it to me as it has outstanding features and performance. Since the beginning of this year it has been in hands as my daily bread as I cant stop using it as it is amazing. I also tried one of the best introduced versions Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps which is amazing. What I like the most is that it is very easy to use and it gives more value to my money. It has a lot of features that other software do not have which makes it outstanding.
It is only designed for computers. it is also not that cheap for lower class but still affordable. There is less interaction with support

I struggle to find anything I actually like about Dynamics CRM. It mostly works but, opens too many windows.
Its temperamental, it opens too many windows, its seems like the scripts all fail to load first time and then doesn't show and error but if you reload the browser it normally works. Updates seem to kill it all the time, and its not a priority for Microsoft, or it doesn't feel like one.

Dynamics has the ability to adapt to the operational requirements of the company, allows the company to share communications, help and attend specific business functions, such as finance, sales, operations, marketing or automation of services, allows to know and capture opportunities of excellent quality and potential customers, that all the important parts of the business are connected. The dynamics allow us to make the most of the time and effort of your team, plus you do not need any programming knowledge to make such customization.
Something that I did not like about Dynamics is that it's a bit expensive. Testing software is a difficult thing. The support does not have good performance when you want to have extra reports or there have been problems with the update of the equipment, several days trying to locate the problem and the support has not been very helpful to obtain the solution. I hope you can correct these problems to improve the functioning of Dynamics.

Dynamic 365 is customer service driven, which is always the first thing I am looking at. While many new entrepreneurs will look at this as too big of investment; I would recommend this to them in a heartbeat! Whenever you have a question, they are at your side! 365, 24/7!!!
Overall, I would say that I haven't found any negative features yet. This is pretty surprising, coming from a semi-critical person such as myself! If I had to say something on the cons side: When initially beginning with this program, maybe more descriptive directions? It turns some people off to products when they have to wait for a live agent, and even worse- that's the only option! I didn't make this a priority simply because I'm not in the category. I'm 31 and know my way around technology!

- All date in once location and can store lots - Lots of features and customization options - Easy to sort data once found

Very powerful software
I really liked all the different abilities from a reporting perspective that Microsoft Dynamics offered.
It was very complicated to use from a non technical business users perspective - feel like I would need some help with customization.
