The most convenient thing about QuickBooks is that it's a one stop software for all of our accounting needs. We use it for everything in our company including expense reports, receipts,  and payroll. I enjoy the ease and accessibility.

90% of the time QuickBooks has been very beneficial. It's only been some issues with times not saving, when edited. Choice of browser helps with the problem, but seems silly to have to use a completely different browser, because QuickBooks doesn't work in all of them. Desktop app does not work last I checked - but I've stopped checking because it was taking so long to be compatible. If you overlook those, it's a great product.

QuickBooks is Great for Billing Multiple Projects

From my experience with QuickBooks is perfect for reporting of general ledger, and maintaining the inventory, for us Keeping track with our sales and inventory was our top priority, especially since we were trying to optimize our inventory level.  we found it to be the best tool to keep up with your small business. it is truly magnificent.
