Pros

Process Street is a super cool automation and collaboration tool. I love how you can build powerful templates that are seamlessly turned into checklists.
We're slowly finding ways to implement this more and more into our systems. We have a support person on Process Street that's super helpful and responsive to our many questions.
Process Street is outstanding for both documenting our processes and for tracking work in progress. We use it for both, and have saved tons of time and money.

Pros

We now have a reliable and secure system. And it meets all our expectations.
The software is easy to use. Simplicity in setting up databases to collect data and very easy to create meaningful reports using the data.
This improved the productivity on the floor significantly. Very easy to use, easy to implement.

Cons

The worst part is the cancelation procedure which is q manual "request to cancel" and appears to be ignored. I canceled 2 days before the billing date through the website, then I was STILL charged.
Not having all the right add-ons features when editing templates. No clarity on what each block does, no suggestions, or lack of templates to use.
Getting to and from each folder was annoying and basically you had to go through all your folders every time to get back to SOP you were on.

Cons

At the moment we dont have anything yet what we are missing. This is mostly because the features we were missing were being added if possible.
When there is a internet outage, there is no backup where u can enter your data.
There are missing some functionalities as comparing data that is not in the same sheet.
