Pros

The ease of use and ease or ability to set up forms to how your company wants them is great. Forms were developed to easily add photos and updates to progress.
Great for tracking how the safety programs is being followed and a great tool for follow up.
My custom form processes, for entry & approval were addressed by the ProntoForms developers under the guidance of an wonderful Project Manager.

Pros

The contract drafting and how it walks through them to help you build out contracts is excellent. The ease to setup and start using it was super great and efficient.
So far so good- I was looking for a service to help with contracts and this one seems to help me stay organized as well- I appreciate the support.
The app is also great in times that I need to access info on the go or whenever I am not in front of my computer. Overall, I think everything is pretty helpful so far and is always improving.

Cons

I have found that it is often frustrating to approach support with a problem because when reporting a problem the question might not be clear until deep into the support conversation.
All the forms that used to show up in my inbox out of the blue have disappeared and now only show up in my email. This is a problem since now I can't edit them anymore.
The software is a little confusing and hard to setup.

Cons

That's my biggest problem with it, and when my other business get busier I will have to switch to another company most likely.
I've been using the app on my phone when I am on the go and I found it very challenging to see where all my contracts are. I don't know why, but there is no button to see a particular contract.
Seems still in development and new features are being released. It feels a little behind some of the other industry software but is taking the time to fix what other solutions are doing wrong.
