Very useful and efficient in assisting me with my role and responsibilities.
It can be used in multiple device and autofill function is useful.
When starting up, it takes a while to download and when the network is bad, downloading takes a while.

We needed to be able to queue data on mobile devices when wifi/cellular was temporarily unavailable. ProntoForms works great for this.
It's easy to build forms and distribute data without any programming skills. ProntoForms' development team managed our more complex functions and reports. It's a good combination of being able to build our own forms and still have technical resources available when necessary. Support has always been prompt and knowledgeable.
It would be nice for our users to be able to use their license on more than one device at a time. Our inspectors use tablets and phones.

Keep track of my teams activity better.
Real time inspections are awesome. It allows you to geo track them and stamps the location where it was submitted from.
only one device per user. Some times it is convenient to go from phone to ipad but I am not able to do this on this unless I buy another license.

Professional looking reports, easy to use, easy to update, easy to deploy. The ability to pre-load inspection data prior to performing inspection allows for users to spend less time inputting data that has no value to the inspection besides identifying it.
As far as I know, there is no ability to change colors or theme of a form. I would like the ability to store certain forms in folders on my device, rather than scrolling through a large list of forms that are available.

It's easy to use. Our customers like the handheld device to enter their data. Plus, Prontoforms customer service is amazing! There is never a wait when I call and they either resolve the issue/question right away or follow-up shortly.
A few of the functionalities are not that intuitive. But looks like the new version will have several of the functionalities we are waiting for (i.e. hide/show logic dependent on previous questions)

I think with a few minor tweaks with customer feedback, this could really be a hit.
I was very impressed with the ability to use the forms in the field. There seems to be a lot of focus put into making the user experience very intuitive. The data transfer is very reliable, and saves so much time in the field. The ability to access everything on your mobile device is so convenient too.
The initial learning curve was challenging, and access to training material seemed weak. I wish there was a way to attach photos for quotes to show customers and integration with other enterprise solutions could use some work. Also, only 1 licence per device, so if you want to use 2 devices, you need 2 licences (IE: Phone & Ipad)

Our 640+ end-users are very pleased with the product and we've created many efficiencies that we did not have with paper audits. Completing audits is a very simple process using the app on your device. However, as an administrator, setting up the forms and understanding how to set up destinations has been the most challenging part of this process for myself. Thankfully, your tech support team has been very helpful in troubleshooting. Additionally, it would be nice to have more notification when PF develops new functionality. I rarely see any announcements anymore about new products or functionality.

Our company was using a paper based 3 copy invoicing system 3 years ago and our new owner started out looking to reduce this labour & time consuming process at the end of every monthly billing cycle in the office. We did our research and found Pronto Forms seemed like a good match for getting the job done. The mobile application also allowed us to equip our Service Technicians out in the field...
On the development side- being able to customize an automated invoice to specific requirements of a type of customer that will still provide all requirements of the business side. On the Implementation side- ease of use. Minimal errors even though humanly driven.
Difficulty in accessing the actual raw data files after 45 days.

There isn't many positives I can convey. I have developed safety audits for several companies, using both Predictive Solutions and iAuditor, both of which I prefer. Pronto Forms was a program that our parent company went to and wanted to be consistent and pushed it out to all of it's subsidiary companies; so I had no choice. Creating the form was no problem, however we aren't a company that is at a...
It's really rather simple to create a file; If you only want to create a form and just plug and play without the need for continuous updates (of say foreman, employees, etc.) then it's a pretty decent program to use.
If you have to change data in files frequently, its a pain; the analytic statistics aren't even in the same program; If you have specific customization data needed, based on site, if you have more than five sites, it's horrible to find any use of this data.
