There isn't many positives I can convey. I have developed safety audits for several companies, using both Predictive Solutions and iAuditor, both of which I prefer. Pronto Forms was a program that our parent company went to and wanted to be consistent and pushed it out to all of it's subsidiary companies; so I had no choice. It's really rather simple to create a file; If you only want to create a form and just plug and play without the need for continuous updates (of say foreman, employees, etc.) then it's a pretty decent program to use.
If you have to change data in files frequently, its a pain; the analytic statistics aren't even in the same program; If you have specific customization data needed, based on site, if you have more than five sites, it's horrible to find any use of this data.

Form the very start, the ProntoForms people and their forms & service have been exceptional. My custom form processes, for entry & approval were addressed by the ProntoForms developers under the guidance of an wonderful Project Manager. The ProntoForms is an amazing tool and very useful for different types of businesses. The use of the platform is simple, agile and with excellent benefits for the daily operation of the company. I recommend the using of the solution to all people that to looking for delivery processes and run more securely services, fast and at low cost. As a suggestion, perhaps improvements in system layout and new ways to automate certain responses and results between the different responses of the developed forms. Juan is the number one!!!!

ProntoForms has been assisting us in the successful move to field reporting for a number of years now. We continue to develop both productivity and service offerings to our clients with this solution at the fraction of the cost of a bespoke offering. Truly flexible and reliable.
Flexibility of provided services, the integration of our own data within questions and the ability to incorporate programming and calculations within the forms.
Takes a while to understand the terminology of some of the Team and Group settings.

ProntoForms revolutionized the day to day operations of the business as my vision was and is to go paperless in operating the business. We created about 10 forms that take the place of paper logbooks in the restaurants. Leadership could access a form and input data which integrated with a Google Sheet, creating a digital and searchable logbook!
I love how simple it was to quickly create a form. Even a person that has not had time to learn Pronto forms can complete a new functional form in minutes. The user interface is outstanding.
I think it is slightly overpriced compared to comparable Form apps. Better pricing structure for the smaller business <10 users would be nice.

We save time and money being able to process information faster thanks to Pronto Forms.
We use pronto forms mostly for time sheets and safety sheets. I love getting all the information I need from the crew on site right away as opposed to waiting until the end of the week for them to bring it in. It's also great that the customer can get a copy of the paperwork immediately and we can collect signatures and take pictures of the work we did for back up.

This software allows us to do all of our safety documentation on a digital platform which saves thousands of pieces of paper each month. It has allowed us to streamline our safety program and save lots of time and energy.
Customer service is always on the ball. We have implemented forms which have improved our QC and company morale.
The software is expensive. The app is very glitchy and sometimes crashes when you use it on a microsoft surface.

We use this tool mainly for our estimators to price jobs. We are able to global dispatch updates on pricing guides and be able to see if jobs sell in real time without having to call every salesperson.
Love the ability to require information to be gathered in the field. This ensures we capture what we need each and every time.
Can't think of anything, its really fit our needs great.

Professional looking reports, easy to use, easy to update, easy to deploy. The ability to pre-load inspection data prior to performing inspection allows for users to spend less time inputting data that has no value to the inspection besides identifying it.
As far as I know, there is no ability to change colors or theme of a form. I would like the ability to store certain forms in folders on my device, rather than scrolling through a large list of forms that are available.

We determined it wasn't the right fit for our company due to the cost and lack of professional looking documents. If you're willing to pay more for custom forms and work with their customer support team it could be worth it for you.
The training was phenomenal and the customer support was always very responsive and helpful. The software is fairly easy to use as well.
It's very expensive and after you complete the forms and test them, they don't look professional at all. There is an option to get custom forms created, but they each cost hundreds of dollars.

Ease of use in terms of customization and implementation unlike other softwares that are in the market. No coding required.

Have only just begun. Easily creating a couple of forms for our Australian operations. Will look for more opportunities to exploit the potential of ProntoForms. Having trialled many other options, I settled on using ProntoForms for the matter of cost effectiveness and broad feature set.
I appreciate the look of the App on Mobile devices.
Web portal not always so intuitive to find settings I am looking for. Though have been able to easily find solutions, using online support articles.

The outputs look great! Can be geo-stamped and is able to work off-line when there's a lapse of wireless coverage. Lots of features available without an overwhelming price tag. Lots of ways to export your data as well to make sure it's going to the right locations.
The back end of the software has a bit of a learning curve, but after you get to learn it becomes second nature.

The tool and forms are very easy to use. The set up has so much customization built into it. Customer support is terrific. The cost is reasonable.
Can get a bit complex at times to build your own form, but support will help when needed. Professional services rates are decent.

I've been using this for close to a year, creating the forms are pretty easy, help pages are really helpful and easy to follow, answering most questions. Mobile usage is really easy and great for staff. The only down side to this it the monthly cost for a subscription is a bit higher than I would like. Overall though the product is great.
Create customized forms is easy and robust. Simple to access anywhere and user friendly.

We ended up cancelling it because the cost was too great to do customer forms and the non-custom forms were not professional looking.
The customer support and training is excellent. They provide one on one training with video recordings sent after the training. The software is rather easy to use after you receive training.
The forms do not look professional. However, you can purchase custom made forms for a price - which is quite expensive.

Very simple and easy to use, only tired out the app. Went with go canvas instead, however both are good.
The app just didnt stick out to me, thought that I would get more value out of other software. Still got the job done
