We purchased a well-established, long running shop with a great regional reputation…with plans to grow. One hurdle in the way was the 20 year old homegrown “ERP”. Don’t get me wrong, it served the shop very well for a long time, but it was tired, cumbersome and built on a platform no longer supported. I came from an IT background many years ago, specifically integrating various solutions into manufacturing ERP systems and I immediately began researching all the  options on the market. Fortunately, I came across ProShop, headed to IMTS to meet with their crew and came home knowing what choice I was making.

Premier ERP for production machining

At the end of our yearly ISO audit and having already been told we passed with flying colors, I was asked by our auditor for a quick tutorial of Proshop from start to finish because he was impressed with how quickly we supplied his requested information throughout the audit. After the tutorial he stated and I quote "This is the first time I have audited a shop with Proshop and I can honestly say this is hands down the most complete ERP system out there for manufacturing shops that I have ever seen"

Attainable, powerful ERP for small companies

We are a small prototype machining company with 7 full-time on site machinists plus a few part time helpers and a couple of management/office staff.  We ran a basic scheduling utility with Quickbooks, and needed robust scheduling capabilities. We reviewed several different ERP systems and were really impressed with the fully-integrated capabilities of ProShop. We made the decision to sign up with them in late December and began training in early 2019.   A couple of months later and we’re nearly off the ground with the basics: quoting/scheduling/manufacturing/purchasing, etc.  We are just barely scratching the surface of what we will be able to do with this program given time, practice, training, and comfort. We hope to move toward ISO certification at some point in the future.  Moving to an ERP system is a huge commitment. We feel we’ve made the best long term decision for our business and would choose this product again. 

An ERP system is a big decision - do it right the first time. ProShop is a capable solution.

The product is fantastic, and the support is even better.  The sheer depth of ProShop and it's ability to handle complex manufacturing situations is amazing.  They seem to have thought of everything.

You guys have done amazing and thank you for referral to the other shop in the area!  They're getting implemented now and maybe we'll need to open a Melbourne office soon. Not only part traceability but "User" traceability which holds accountability to each user.   We have found that our reporting is easier, our internal auditing is easier due to all the reporting which we sample audited to verify if accurate and it is.  We are hoping to learn more each day and believe that we are only utilizing about 60% of its capability so far.  We implemented the software July 1 2018.

ProShop ERP has helped us level up as a small business. We now manage the business with real data to deliver work on time and improve our profitability.Our DIFOT numbers are significantly better.Our productivity is much higher - no need for afternoon shift and increased sales.

My company evaluated many ERP systems for our 50 person machine shop in 2014 and decided upon ProShop.  We selected the system because of its completely linked operational system, and because it makes it easy to be fully compliant to AS9100.
We have been very happy with the transition and with the software.  The built-in tools for analysis have allowed us to focus on areas of improvement, and our customers and third-party auditors have been highly impressed with the ease and speed of gathering information from the ProShop.
I highly recommend this ERP system for both small and large companies.

Overall, it's been a big change for us but now I feel we have more control of our workflow and that's what I really wanted out of an ERP system in the first place. took some time to get ahead but you just need to keep persevering and the benefits will come.

Best ERP I have used

Great ERP Software

It's a good ERP with ongoing development. Our company is currently putting together better user training programs to utilize the software features more fully.

A good choice.

WorkWise ERP has many strong modules to manage the floor, manage the financials and since it is SQL based, you can easily get at the data for custom reporting.

WorkWise ERP

I am the admin and also program our configurator, so I spend the most time in Engineering/Item areas of the system.  I find these areas to very easy to use and simple.  Once you understand the system and it's shortcuts, you can search for information quickly and easily without having to open new screens or conducting new searches. 

Everything works out in the end...

The ability to run most of our processes through a single software package. Information visibility and reporting is very easy because of this.

Small and Medium Business ERP Software

Overall we moved to WorkWise ERP to cut costs, gain some functionality, and have direct access to our data. They delivered on all of those needs. At the time of implementation we thought we would be able to use their manufacturing system, but found that with us being a custom job shop with variable processes and materials their shop floor and job cost system is not flexible enough for us to use effectively. But, because the system is built on SQL Server we have the ability to easily tie a costing system built for our industry into WorkWise ERP. 

Good System if you understand its limitations

As a strong user in 7 different ERP software tools in my career, Workwise is the 2nd most easy & powerful of tools I have used.  Fixing bugs or problems 7 dealing with mods has been a rough spot along the way over my 9 years as a user.

TCM ERP review

We have been using Workwise ERP for over 20 years. The software and it's modules have always been tightly integrated and operate seamlessly. We have rarely called on support for system crashes or glitches and use them primarily to answer how too questions. Overall Workwise has been very responsive to our needs and I would recommend the company and the software.

Long time user

Inventory management and shop floor data entry are high priorities for 2020.   

Strongwell review of WorkWise ERP

We have recently went LIVE with WorkWise ERP.  We are very happy with our end product and our results so far.  The Sale process was great and very informative.  The sales team was very good at customizing a demo for our industry and business.  The implementation team was excellent.  Our Project Manager did an excellent job making sure all of our needs were met and helping us stay on track to meet our 6 month implementation time frame.  I would highly recommend this software for any Made to Order manufacturer.
