Pros

It was great that the sw synchs with my bank accounts but this is no great thing now a days.
Accordingly, we had to try and find an MRP software and the only way it would work well was moving to QBO. This was like making a choice to either get punched in the gut or punched in the throat.
It was reasonably easy to set up and connect to my POS system and bank accounts.

Pros

Support has been very responsive and moved quickly to resolve issues. The price is affordable and provides good value for the money.
Very easy to use, very nice and price is good, now I can see correct location of my trucks and thats why Im using keeptrucking.
Overall, I like the program. Customer support has been great when I needed extra help.

Cons

Doesn't listen to customers and has terrible support.
They have radically tried to over-simplify the product. For instance, the Vendor tab being under Expenses.
The constant distraction like to write this review, caused by the incessant pop-ups to upsell you on additional features and products. There is no way to stop the constant notifications.

Cons

It turned out my starter on the truck was going bad and after a new one installed have had zero problems.
As soon as our contract is up we will be removing every unit we have and going with a new supplier. It's too bad their customer support is so bad because the product it's self is very good.
But each time we do this we get charged $150 from mechanic shop.
